The Barn is a renovated Hay Barn from the 1960’s. Our family has owned this property in South Eugene for many years. The Barn sits on a panhandle lot that is a little under 1 acre and is approached by a long driveway which gives you a nice quiet retreat without being too far from stores, restaurants, and activities around town

What a cute little gem of Eugene! Sarah was a great host. She thought of every detail. Bed was comfy and had all the amenities of home. Thank you for an incredible stay and we’ll be back for sure for our next visit with our granddaughter.

This place is amazing! It is completely stocked and so adorable. The layout is fabulous. The owners thought of everything. The attention to detail was spot on. We really enjoyed it and will stay again next time we are in Eugene.

It was the perfect place to stay as we dropped off our freshman at University of Oregon. The Lil Barn was gorgeous, super clean, and cozy. We will definitely come back!!

Everything You Need and More

Perfect barn/bungalow for couples in Eugene. The Hosts thought of everything. We loved our time at this beautiful and peaceful place. When we return, we will definitely book this property again.

Excellent Place to Stay

The Barn is an excellent place to stay. My partner and I stayed for just under a week and have nothing but positive things to say about the Barn. The kitchen is well appointed for those who like to cook, the interior is well decorated, comfortable, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The owners have paid great attention to small details (like multi-pronged charging cables for a variety of electronic devices placed conveniently throughout the house). The outside patio area with a barbecue, fire pit, and picnic table is a great place for nice dinners in the evening. And the location is great. It’s secluded and quiet, but still in a very walkable location with easy access to restaurants, groceries, and hiking/running trails. I highly recommend the Barn for your next stay.

Exactly as advertised- very cute, comfortable, and well done. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Would stay again. Booking, check in and out, and communication all super easy. 10 out of 10.Appreciated the welcome treats too! Recommend Kennedys steak house and Hideaway bakery.

LOVED IT!!

This was one of our favorite vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had! The owners have thought of everything. So many little thoughtful touches and helpful tips. There was even a bag of goodies waiting for us! HIGHLY recommend.

Amazing experience

The Barn was perfect for us. It was more than expected. Quiet location with privacy. The living space has all the comforts of home and more. The design was well thought out and designed for comfort. You won’t miss home!

It’s clean, and has all modern amenities you could want. It’s a short walk to Market of Choice and cooking there was easy! Bed is big, couch is comfortable, washer and dryer are easy and functional! There is nothing forgotten and this makes the stay exceptional! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Accomodations

Perfect for a Eugene visit

We stayed here for the NCAA Track & Field Div1 finals. It was a perfect location. We elected to use Lyft from the Barn instead of trying to park near the UO. It worked perfectly. The Barn is close to everything. We have stayed in many vacation rentals. This was one of the best. It has everything you need. Beautifully designed. Kitchen is well stocked. Plus the side area is great place to relax outside. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Eugene.
