This is a wonderful apartment in the downtown area. Love the location-close to 3 Rivers Natural Grocery and Lexy's Pizza on Spring St Very comfortable with all the amenities. Nice balcony! The host was very kind, helpful and quick to reply.

The hosts were fantastic, rate was so good, location was impeccable.Parking on the street was occasionally a pain, but we had the option of the garage, which was super. Glowing review of everything except for the beds! So uncomfortable!

While the pictures show minimal furniture, there is a lot more in this rental! It has two couches and a nice 4-top table. The kitchen is well stocked with a small coffee maker and plenty of plates and silverware. The rooms are nice with plenty of closet space. The bathroom was very nice. The host was very responsive to questions. The balcony had two chairs.

Everything was very clean and the place was easy to find. Since we were attending a conference at the General Wayne Conference Center, it was a very easy walk to get there.

This apartment is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the linens are very nice, the air conditioning works wonderfully, the kitchen is adequate, great refrigerator, and microwave, stove and oven. It’s especially useful to have a well working washer/dryer in the apartment!The only additions I would make, are very minor, and they would be ; a full length mirror, a towel ring in the bathroom by the sink, small luncheon plates or saucers in the kitchen. And if I had all my wishes, I would add a television in the master bedroom, between the closet doors, perhaps? The host is wonderfully responsive and very easy to work with. a great place to stay.

Great home in Fort Wayne

Very nice home! Clean and cozy, walkable to downtown. Several bars, restaurants and activities in the area. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Lovely Weekend Stay

We arrived late, the check in process was quick and easy. The place was very clean and we got in just in time for the kids to see the fireworks from the baseball stadium the street over. Plenty of blankets and pillows and space for all of those with us to apread out and enjoy our stay. The location was wonderful and within walking distance of many food spots and attractions like the botanical garden. All made for a great stay!

Great stay

Great stay with myself and teen son for a local basketball tournament. Will book again if in this area. Right next to the Tincaps baseball stadium and saw fireworks from post game celebrations! Added bonus.
