• Bedroom 2 (3rd Floor) – Queen bed, sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) – Queen-over-Queen Bunk Bed + Full Trundle, sleeps 5 (top bunk for children only)
• Total guest capacity: 9 (6-7 adults recommended)

• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs and beach towels.
• Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions.
• ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
