Have you ever wanted to know what life in an rv is like? Well now you can. We are offering up one of our rv’s for you to stay in at a campground outside of Chincoteague Island while enjoying the peace and tranquility of the Eastern Shore Virginia. We also have a boat slip to use while there. Bring your kayak, bikes, and hiking shoes or swim in the bay right across the street!
The space
Camper living at its best and in a gated community with someone at the gate 24 hours. You will be added to the guest list and will give your name upon arrival and say you are guests of Dominic and Carla Mansour. There is also a 24 hour security guard on duty.

As far as sleeping arrangements, the kitchen table converts to a bed as well as the couch. The water pressure is as expected for camping so definitely don’t expect a hard pressure shower, but there is a removable shower head for easier rinsing. The water heater isn’t a large one so also conserve hot water while showering by pressing the button on the shower to pause the flow while bathing. I will be there to help guide you through all the fun nuances of rv camping life if needed. We also own the two lots next to the property so oftentimes are on hand as needed. We have a kayak that you are also welcome to use if my children aren’t using it. Naturally it is an rv but no driving is allowed. If you find you enjoy the campground and are interested in purchasing property there I can set you up with a realtor as well.
Other things to note
You will be added to the guest list to be able to get the guest pass to get in and out of the park. Pool Passes will be sold at the Association Office and at the pool. They will be daily and sold as follows:
1 day - $3.00 3 days - $5.00 7 days - $10.00. The passes will be good all day the day they are purchased. They will be dated, so if you come to the pool, purchase a pass, go home for lunch and return the pass is still good until 8:00 pm when the pool closes.
