Fishing from our private pier is a must! Lounging around our Texas size pool and barbecuing with the family after a fun day of fishing and the beach is the perfect way to end your day. Up for some friendly competition? Check out our tennis or pickle ball on the new courts. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Bedrooms are accessed by an interior spiral staircase. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 2. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands for the pool and pier.
