Pelican Place - Golf cart included 704 Swordfish

Pelican Place is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Fripp Island.  Our three-bedroom, two-bath home is new to the rental market, having never been rented prior to 2023.  This beautifully appointed, professionally-decorated, home is within walking distance to the Beach Club and the Tennis Center, and is just 250 yards from Beach Access #12.  There is a six-seater golf cart with seat belts available for you to explore beautiful Fripp Island.  Amenity cards are available for purchase and are required to access resort amenities: swimming pools, restaurants, bars, tennis, pickle ball, golf and more.

The interior of Pelican Place has been freshly painted and has all new furnishings and bedding.  There are three bedrooms, all on the main living floor, that provide comfortable sleeping for six guests.  In the sun room a large-screen TV is positioned within custom built-in cabinetry, where a new queen-sized sofa bed is included within the room.  Overall, there is sleeping space for up to 8 guests.

The chef's kitchen includes a professional grade DCS range, custom cabinetry, as well as spacious granite countertops and a large central island with seating.  The cabinets are fully stocked with new cookware, tableware, glassware, and virtually every kitchen utensil you might need during your vacation.  If you prefer grilling, the spacious deck provides for outdoor dining and includes a new 3-burner Weber Spirit gas grill with grilling tools. 

Enjoy the new large-screen TVs included in the living room and sun room, as well as in two bedrooms.  YouTube TV provides access to most popular live channels on each TV; in addition, each is equipped with a Roku Streaming Stick so that you can stream using your personal accounts.

The spacious deck provides a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee, cocktails or outdoor dining.  It is the perfect place to view the deer that wander through the property daily.

There is a large outdoor shower to use after spending the day at the beach.

Park your car in one of the two enclosed garage bays, both available to our guests, located on the ground floor and enjoy island living at its best using the golf cart during your stay.

On our property next to the house is a large private covered storage space (11' x 22', 12' high) where guests can park an RV or boat.

Please note that Pelican Place is not pet-friendly and we are a smoke-free home.

For guests desiring to use Fripp Island Resorts' facilities and amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
