Centrally located 2bd/2ba villa overlooking private pool with ocean view! 
Fantastic Location - Centrally located on Fripp Island with Ocean View
 
A perfect family location, this two bedroom, two bath villa boasts a lovely ocean view with a private pool only a few steps away. Direct access to the best beach area on Fripp Island.
 
The upstairs master bedroom is furnished with one queen sized bed, one day bed with fresh linens and balcony providing a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and daybed. Upper and lower bathrooms have been completely renovated! New LVP flooring installed Summer 2022 throughout upstairs. 
 
The villa has a full kitchen with cookware and utensils provided, as well as dishes, silverware, and coffee maker. Added recess lighting and floating shelves in Summer 2022. New flat screen TV and updated flooring downstairs. Cable TV and wi-fi provided in villa. New sliding glass door installed May 2022 overlooking the pool area. 
 
Nice patio overlooking the pool area with patio furniture and charcoal grill. Linens are provided as well as several beach chairs. 
 
Bicycles, mopeds, kayaks, and golf carts are available for rent.

Amenity cards are available with this villa for additional purchase. Cards are required to use other resort island pools, gym, food court, restaurants, and golf/tennis. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities, effective Feb 24, 2023. 
 
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and tick/flea treatments to be considered with reservation. Number of pets allowed: 2 (dogs only). Pet weight requirement: no more than 65 lbs.

Pets - allowed


If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

Check-in process went very smoothly and condo was spotless. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every kitchen utensil known. Nice location by one of the pools. Owner very responsive to any questions. Nice stay!

We have been coming to Fripp for 12 years now. I have rented a lot of different places on the island. But this was by far our best fit. Already looking at dates for next year.

We will definitely return

My husband and I rented this property, with our 2 small dogs, for 11 days in late April/early May. We had a blast. The villa is exactly as described. Comfy sofas, lots of linens and everything you need for the beach. The small kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. Crystal was incredibly responsive. We loved the location, the wildlife, the beach and more. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place!

The Villa was in a perfect location! Ocean views from the top deck, the pool. within steps, and easy access to a private boardwalk to the sand! We'll be back to visit!

Fun at Fripp

Crystal is very easy to work with she responds quickly to messages. Her condo had many amenities that you do not find usually in VRBO rentals. She left shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms, dish soap, dish tabs, individual lotions ( like in a hotel) trash bags the list goes on. I would of liked to have seen a few more kitchen items such as a vegetable peeler or serving dishes but those were minor things that did not effect our stay. The location is amazing. Just steps from the pool. We were concerned with our trash when we left both outside trash bins were over flowing when we left We stacked our trash neatly but our neighbors left the day before and something had gotten into there trash. I hope nothing got into ours because I would not want to leave a mess for the next person or trash on the island. Maybe an additional trash bin?! Or larger one?!? But to be fair we ate EVERY meal at the condo. If you eat out I don't think the trash would be an issue. I honestly can't say anything bad ... They were just little observation We had an amazing time!! We made so many friends out by the pool and on the beach. Thank you Crystal

Perfect Winter Get- Away

Spent January and February at the villa and I couldn't have been happier! The location is perfect for sunny afternoons reading a book and having lunch on the patio. The walk to the beach is such a short distance. Deer were plentiful and fun to watch. Inside the villa was extremely comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for myself and my visitors throughout my stay. Fripp Island is beautiful with lots of areas to explore and only 20 minutes or so to Lady's Island and Beaufort for shopping and dining. Although the villa does not include an amenity card I did not find it inconvenient. During the winter most of the Island's restaurants are closed and I do not golf. The marina and Spring Tide are open to all guests and residents no amenity card required. Pools of course we're also closed for the winter but the villa does have its own private pool. The owner is wonderful to work with and responds quickly. I can't thank Crystal enough for allowing me to escape the Central New York winter and enjoy a snow-free, sunny, warm winter in her beautiful Fripp Island Villa!

Most Enjoyable Stay!

The owner of this villa, Crystal Bass, is an excellent communicator, and we appreciated all her suggestions and input concerning our stay. The villa is well equipped with everything you need from kitchenware to beach chairs and beach towels. We rented a golf cart to scoot around the island -- highly recommend. You really don't need an immenity card for this complex at all. Pool is right outside the patio door, the beach a short walk away and Spring Tide Market doesn't require one. My grandchildren LOVED staying here and so did we! The deer roaming around the villa pool yard were just awesome, and the sunset on the south end of the island was spectacular. Wished we could have stayed longer -- too much to do in too short of time. We will book a stay at this villa again! Thank you, Crystal...
