We are located in a quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood where you can take a stroll or jog. This is a one bedroom basement apartment is in a single family home and features a private entrance, private bathroom, a kitchenette and one off street parking spot. We are located 5 to 10 mins to the south shore plaza, a popular shopping mall in the area.
We are a 15 to 20 mins drive to the heart of Boston as we are close to I-95.We live in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. Taking a walk in the morning is common for our neighbors.
NO CHANGES TO DATES but Changes to bookings can only be done when a guest wants to extend their bookings/stay. Be advised that we would not be responsible for any injury sustained on our property. Thank you.

Nia and Andrew very accommodating, I unfortunately I got sick on my trip there and done some extra things for me they did not have to but done it anyway. Highly recommend them.

Simple but comfortable

I spent my evenings at the property to enjoy rest at a value price point. The room was clean and well kept. I enjoyed restful evenings and appreciate the separate entrance and parking. Great value.

Not good.

Property was overstated . Owners above were very noisy during sleeping hours. No soap or enough toilet paper. Would not recommend this. Place.

Thank you for the reviews and the feedbacks, however before we accepted your reservation we made it very clear that we have kids and there might be noises from above where you would stay which is the basement and you said there was no problems with that. We have always been very transparent with our property and rooms to intending guests. Also, during your stay you never for once asked for extra toilet papers. This item is provided on request. We do not leave more than what a guest need because we have had guests who stayed for few days and over used the items we placed out in case they were done with one. Other guests we have had in the past always ask for anything and we do our best to respond promptly.
