Great place

10 min walk to beach, restaurant and mini mart. We didn't have a car, which limited our options. Had a well equipped kitchen and was a really comfortable little place .

Nice Apartment

In the beginning, had issues with the water being turned off the first night. Other than that, my overall stay was pleasant. The apartment is very clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

Poor maintenance and communication

Ok-good location Very poor WiFi and AC. Bathroom and bedroom are accessible by a dangerous staircase not for elderly. To my request to fix WiFi or let me knot the location of the modem the owner told me it it’s outside the building

OK, but some issues

The property was very clean, but rather 'tired' in places. The apartment is located at the end of a block. It was reasonably quiet. We had a major issue in that the bottom bed sheet was badly ripped in one place. We reported this to the host, but we didn't receive a replacement. The toilet was unstable, so we had to be careful when using it. The floor of the shower was slippery. As there wasn't a shower mat, we had to use a bath towel on the shower floor to avoid slipping. This caused the towel to become stained. We were charged an extra 25 for this, which we did (reluctantly) pay. Finally, the internet was somewhat hit and miss.

This little apartment was perfect for me! I had friends staying at a hotel and was too late to book with them so I was staying there alone and it was great even on my own I felt completely safe. There's other houses nearby but I barely seen or heard any people. The water went out for a little while but was fixed within a few hours, so I'd say Bri's communication was great! She also got in touch a few times to make sure everything was ok. I had a car so found it really easy to get to and from, without a car your options might be limited but there are taxis. There is a beach maybe only 10 mins away that you can walk to tho. The place was really clean. The only thing I would have changed would have been the shower BUT it works perfectly fine my preference is a hose shower rather than attached to the wall. I would definitely book again and recommend.
