At Little Red Hen Cottage, relax & recharge. Outside, walk 20 acres of rolling hills that host an active fruit & vegetable farm or sit by the Chimenea & star watch at night. This cottage is an easy drive from multiple vineyards, breweries & hiking trails (including Old Rag) tucked btw Culpeper & Madison, Va. Once you're done with exploring for the day, return to all the amenties and comforts of home in a peaceful farm setting.

My husband Tommy and I are graduates and active alum of VA Tech. We came to Culpeper from Northern Va to be near family and to begin our farming adventure four years ago. I enjoy hosting guests and always strive to provide a five star guest experience!
My greatest compliment is wecoming return guests to Little Red Hen Cottage or hosting them in our New Orleans property also available to book.

At Rare Air Farm, we welcome you to walk our farm and see what's in season when you visit. We grow and harvest blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries for starters. We also have fruit trees including apple, peach, nectarine and plum. There is also a vegetable garden with a big variety of foods grown till harvest each year.
