Welcome to The Lodge—one of two exclusive, independent units on a spacious one-acre property.

Each unit has its own private entrance and designated parking, ensuring privacy and comfort. The Lodge features 1,842 sq. ft. of main floor living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and private garage parking.

Guests enjoy full access to the Lodge in a peaceful farm neighborhood, just 8 minutes from I-65 and Saturn Pkwy, with nearby food, gas, and restaurants.

The Space
The Lodge's main floor offers a generous 1,842 sq. ft. of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a spacious master bathroom with a corner whirlpool bathtub. The two additional bedrooms each have full-sized beds. The living room is equipped with a 55" TV and a Bluetooth sound system, and the unit has high-speed internet. It also has a sofa bed that can accommodate two adults.

We had a 10 day stay over the Christmas holiday at The Lodge@ Greens Mill. 4 of our children live nearby and we were hoping to have a central place so they (and we) could have lots of room and flexibility to share the season together. This home surpassed our expectations on many levels! Our hosts Jonathan & Jovi were quick & thorough with communications while planning and during our stay. The house was very clean with spacious bedrooms, dining, living & kitchen space. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking tools & appliances & dishes & a nice dishwasher.It was great having a nice washer & dryer and even garage parking for us! The location of the house is a quiet country setting but very conveniently located near the interstate, grocery shopping & restaurants. The house is decorated tastefully and we were grateful for the touches of festive Christmas decor around the main living space - which we weren't expecting - that made it extra cozy since we didn't bring anything with us but a small Charlie Brown like little tree. This was the perfect place for us to feel at home with our large, multi-generational family. We would definitely stay again and recommend it for others.

It was a great stay. Only thing I didn’t like was Robert the Rooster from next door. He woke me up at 6 am every morning but I was able to fall asleep afterwards.
