Bring the family and come enjoy Cape Cod at its best. Our family friendly, well maintained home is located on a quiet, conveniently located, and child safe cul-de-sac. Recently remodeled and updated throughout with 1600 sq ft of living space and flexible sleeping arrangements. Our well equipped kitchen provides all the comforts of home with ample kitchen and dining room seating. Laundry is conveniently located in the back hallway. The the backyard deck provides a relaxing outdoor dining space for barbeques with two gas grills. Our spacious and quiet backyard is adjacent to the town forest and is an ideal spot for bird watching, games and enjoying the gardens

An ideal location for an active family or a quiet retreat, we are located very close to the bike trail and about a mile to either Red River Beach (ocean) or Bucks Pond (freshwater). It's conveniently & centrally located near area amenities including tennis courts, pickleball, playgrounds, Harwich mariners and other ball fields, go carts, trampolines and other family entertainment. We are a short drive to Chatham, as well as Harwich Port and Harwich Center shopping and restaurants.

Cozy Spot!

I stayed here with my family of 4 (one infant), as well as my mother. It was the perfect size for us and everyone had plenty of room. 5 mins to the beach which was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Only wish was that there was a window AC in the living room space, but overall great!

Wonderful home in a great location

This was a beautiful home with a lovely garden which made for a relaxing time on the Cape. The house was close to a grocery store and a short drive to the beach. The house is very well equipped. The 2 issues we had were the queen beds I think are actually full size and the bed in the room with only one bed sagged in the middle so we didn't sleep as well as we liked. Finally bring sleep masks or better blinds are needed as it was bright in the room by 5:20 am. The owners are wonderful! Would happily stay there again but hope to sleep a little better.

Lovely quiet property. Spacious home where all could be together or spread out

Well maintained and spacious. Had local beach and National Seashore beaches nearby. Area nicely secluded and much less hectic than lower Cape. Days were spent at beach , exploring the area, and enjoying family.

Loved our stay here. This house was perfect. Clean and updated. Location ideal to get to the beaches. Couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in!

Cosy house for family vacation

This house is a great choice for a small family who appreciate tranquility. Short drive to the beach, golf course and Harwich. Mike was a great host that responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Experience for a Week on the Cape

This property fit my family's needs perfectly for a week away in Cape Cod. We typically would travel to the Cape once per summer and stay with family but decided to get a rental place this summer. We had such a great time at this property that I think this will be our normal plan moving forward. The property itself was great for a group of adults. With 2 full bathrooms and several bedrooms, you are definitely able to use the space in any way you seem fit. The owners of the property left several beach chairs and backyard games to play during your stay, which was a plus. The other thing that sets it apart from most other properties is the owners provide towels, sheets, and basic cleaning and laundry supplies. It made the first few nights of your stay much easier before you have the chance to go to the grocery store. My contact with the property owner was easy. He explained all of my questions and checked in during my stay via text to ensure I was having a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a weeklong stay on Cape Cod. It is very close to the beach and there are several great restaurants and ice cream locations nearby.
