Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s home! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and is in a fantastic central location, with quick access to Dennis beaches, shops, and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms more spacious than they appeared in the photos. The home was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking, serving, and cleaning essentials.Having two full bathrooms and in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated that sheets, extra blankets, and pillows were all provided. We also enjoyed having access to the garage for bike storage, along with the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler — such thoughtful touches! We even discovered that the couch is a pullout, which added extra flexibility.The neighborhood was peaceful and well-kept, and the individual air conditioning units in each room made for a comfortable stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Janet’s home. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect place for our family!

Perfect size for our family of 5! The house was nicely decorated with cute coastal style and very comfortable. Had all the towels and linens that we needed. The washer and dryer was very convenient located in one of the bathrooms. The neighborhood was good for walking and riding bikes with the kids. Close enough to the beach and stores that we needed but not in a busy area. Janet was great host!!

Very nice house in a good location

The only thing I wish for in this house is better (more comfortable) seating in the living room. The couch is fine but there are only 2 other moderately comfortable chairs placed rather far away and there are NO footstools. Boo. I love stools/ottomans/hassocks for a total relaxation experience. A minor thing but wanted to mention it nonetheless.

We had a wonderful time, close to beaches.. nice neighborhood. Did realize it is a cut thru road so traffic could be a concern, although we didn’t take issue with it. Proximity to shopping , beaches etc good. More kitchen supplies would help, had a lobster cook out, no utensils to crack and eat lobsters with. ( seems petty , but not when you need to open up a lobster) Overall… excellent experience, nice house, nice neighborhood, super convenient… great time

Perfect House for a Comfortable Stay

I would give this house more than a 5 star rating if that was an option. It’s in a fantastic location. It’s very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished, open floor plan, so many amenities I can’t even list them all, individual room thermostat control for AC, extremely well stocked both with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, oil, herbs, etc. Also plenty of paper towels, tp, cleaning products…. There were plenty of beach chairs, floats, beach umbrellas, a Weber grill, towels, blankets, pillows…. We were informed ahead of time to bring our own beach towels. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and very close to 6A which was very convenient since we have family in Brewster. We will definitely keep this house in mind next time we return to the Cape.

Wonderful property

This place has all you need. We enjoyed our stay here and found it to be spacious, clean , and close to our favorite beaches. Definitely would consider renting here again.

Beautiful house

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful part of the Cape. The house has everything we needed for the weekend. Janet was very responsive when we reached out to her. We highly recommend Janet’s house in Yarmouth Port.

A fantastic family gate away

Our family enjoyed a week long of exploring Cape Cod and its great beaches, ponds and villages. The house is newly renovated very clean with nice bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms size. The house was a perfect hub for all our activities such as bike riding, food shopping, restaurants. We particularly loved the proximity to Dennis beaches and enjoyed the outdoor deck. We hope to be back in the near future!

Wonderful getaway

Beautiful house with an open floor plan that’s great for family time. Updated interior and peaceful neighborhood just a short trip from shops and restaurants on 28. No regrets!!

Charming Cape House

We loved our recent stay at this home. It is very well appointed, sparkling clean and had everything you need to feel right at home including a beautiful Weber grill on the back deck. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from lovely beaches, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to experience the relaxed Cape Cod lifestyle!

Close to Mayflower and bay beaches and more

Great property in great shape in an even better location! The house is exactly as the posting describes and illustrates. Everything is brand new and the house has been stocked with everything you need ( kitchen pots pans, utensils, grill, beach chairs, etc). We stayed here with our two young children. It was perfect for our family- everyone had their own room and space. The hosts were very informative and welcoming with information left at the house and in our communications with them. Only thing to note is has two showers (no tub) but our two year old loved it! Bring your bathing suits, beach towels and get ready to make great memories. We will be back!
