*Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options:

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability, starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the full night first, which is always our priority.

Here are the early check-in options if available:
1 Hour Early Check-In – No charge (subject to availability)
Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate
Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate

Late Check-Out:
1 hour late – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate

This option will be offered based on availability, starting five days before check-in. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers.
Fees help us maintain a seamless schedule for our cleaning team and ensure the best stay experience for all guests.

*The unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device monitors how loud it gets in the unit, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and how many Bluetooth devices walk through the door.

This device is solely to prevent parties from occurring in the unit and ensure we respect the neighbors. This is not a recording device.

MANAGEMENT FEE
The $89 "Management Fee" serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $1500 in accidental damages. It does not cover negligence. or pet damage.**

*POOL HEATING FEE
Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $45 per night or $225 per week. As a reminder, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and cannot be added for specific days within your reservation. For stays longer than a week, we’re happy to discuss accommodations to best suit your needs. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that from May through October, pool heat is generally not recommended, as the water naturally stays warm due to the weather. However, if you still wish to add pool heat, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Our pool is heated by a heat pump, which relies on the outside air temperature to warm the water. While the system is effective, if the weather is particularly cold, it can take longer to reach the desired temperature. Sometimes, it may not get as warm as expected due to cooler outdoor conditions.

Because the heat pump's performance depends on the weather, we cannot offer refunds if the pool does not reach the exact temperature you prefer. However, we do everything possible to ensure the pool is heated to the best extent possible.


Guest Verification and Rental Agreement:
- To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search.
- Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.
***Please complete both the verification and the agreement before your arrival to facilitate a quick and seamless check-in.***
-The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use (including but not limited to excessive trash, stains, bodily fluids, excessive dirt, moving furniture, or evidence of unapproved additional guests), the additional cleaning costs will be documented and charged through the Resolution Center.
-Minimum booking age is 18. This home is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or events.


PET POLICY:
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $250 fee applies per pet, per stay. All pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and not left unattended inside the home unless crated. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. The damage waiver does not cover pet damage. Excessive barking or damage may result in additional charges.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No unregistered guests allowed without approval from the host.
