Downtown Berlin has a historic charm like no other northern NH place. From home-cooked bakery/cafe food to Mexican fare, the Berlin/Gorham region will delight your dining explorations. Our endeavor in investing in a historic building was to create an art community where people could enjoy, create, and learn about all forms of art. Art studio space is available adjacent to the apartment for those who are creatives!

This is not a typical flat--it is a spacious, well-equipped third-floor penthouse with so many creature comforts, fully furnished, stair lift, views to the White Mountains, Dead River in back, in a completely safe, historic downtown location, just loaded with recreational options within close range.
