Fifth stay and can't wait for the next. Wonderfully located on a quit street where you can enjoy an early morning coffee on the porch.

We took time off and drove 2 and a half hours to enjoy the trails but I honestly didn't want to stay after the first night. The quirky and broken bits were comical at first but the discomfort and filth were not. none of us slept well between the ancient pilly sheets, stained beadspread (photo), rock hard mattresses, pancake pillows and obnoxiously loud bedframes. one bed had a soda bottle underneath that may have been holding up the bed, I'm not sure (photo). someone wiped a splash of water from the upstairs bathroom floor and came up with a BLACK piece of toilet paper! my friend had to warn us that the hot water knob in the shower falls off while the setting knobs on the toaster were just missing and the only way to release our burnt bagels was to unplug it. the outdoor space was unusable with the water logged ripped (photo) cushions that never dried and the fire pit that was full of ashes (photo). even if the pool was open I'd be afraid to use it with the broken corner and caving in side. After the second night we were done and made the sad decision to cut out vacation short. we took out the trash per the instructions but the trash bin was completely full already (photo). She responded that she knew there was a problem with her cleaner: "I m putting it on the market becausei just can’tdeal anymore with people not doing what Pay them to do. I went up therein Augustand cleaned the house for5 hours after she cleaned ." She also stated that 2 of the beds have new sheets and

Our stay

My family and i have had the pleasure of staying here a few times and we love where the house is and being able to walk to the park with the kids. They have had a lot of fun there. Bedrooms were perfect, plenty of beds and space. Loved our stay.

Mountain fun

Property was just as described - cute older home clean and has all amenities. Close to Jericho mountain and utv trails, hiking trails. Lisa was responsive and we enjoyed a quiet week in the NH mountains

Cozy house in adorable neighborhood

Felt like we were staying in a family member’s home, we loved just spending time there playing board games, watching TV and cooking in the lovely kitchen. We had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

ATV Weekend

Great house, location is perfect for trail access and close to everything. House was super clean and suited our needs perfectly! The addition of the pool was a great surprise and enjoyed for sure! Can't wait to return next year!

Great spot for ATV's

Had a great stay over this past weekend. House was very clean and had every amenity needed. Perfect spot to drive into town or head to the trails. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend.

Berlin weekend

Overall I enjoyed this rental very much, however, I tried 2 beds and did not find either one comfortable for this 60 year old. The rental allowed me to spend some time by myself as my Family from RI could not make the trip up at the last minute.

Everything you need!

I traveled with about 11 of my family members and children. The house has all the amenities you need, the porch was great, and we felt at home. The kids loved it and enjoyed the tvs in all the rooms haha. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Solar Eclipse

The house is exactly as described on the VRBO website. We were delighted by the size and cleanliness of the house. We were warm and comfortable our entire stay. We traveled to Berlin to stay and drove over to Lancaster to view the total solar eclipse. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a funeral so the purpose of the stay wasn’t the greatest, but we were able to all stay together and catch up, reminiscing about those we lost. The house is cute! Be advised that it is an older home, so creaky floors & doors are a given. There were 3 bedrooms with multiple beds in each room. There was also a couch in the living room and on the front (enclosed) porch for those that didn’t want to share a bed;-) Having the half bath on the first floor definitely made having such a large group more manageable. Overall, for the price and the number of people the house accommodated, it was well worth it.
