Cozy Mountain Studio in Heart of Mammoth - Hot Tub and Close to Shuttle!

This cozy, recently remodeled condo is in the La Vista Blanc condo complex right in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. The condo is conveniently located next to Mammoth Creek Park, Mammoth Rock Trail and the town bike path and shuttle.

This ground floor studio can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, and features an open-concept living area, along with plenty of south facing windows that look out onto the La Vista Blanc pool area and allow plenty of natural light into the condo. This condo features a large kitchen for a studio condo and is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. There are also community propane grills next to the pool if you would like to BBQ.

The living space has a queen sized bed and also has a pull out couch to accommodate up to two more guests. The primary heat for the condo is a thermostat controlled pellet stove which adds to the mountain ambiance and plenty of heat. There are also two wall heaters that can be used if needed.

La Vista Blanc is located just West of Mammoth Creek Park, which can be accessed easily from the parking lot of the condo. Von's and the Minaret Village Shopping Center is just a 10 min walk if you walk through the park paths. The Mammoth Red Line shuttle is just a 5 min walk from the condo on Minaret Rd.

The studio was clean and fairly comfortable. It needs to have a place to unpack so guests are not living out of their suit case. Suggestion would be to have a dresser under the television. Bathroom sink counter is to small because the sink takes up to much space. The kitchen was great… big and roomy. Overall a good stay.

Great place to stay.

This condo was perfect for my wife and I. Just enough room for us to spread out. Condo was clean and quiet. We didn't spend much time at Mammoth Lakes... spent most of the time at Yosemite. Wasn't too far to get to Tioga Road and the drive was beautiful!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at Sean's place and really liked how nicely upgraded the studio apartment was. Plenty of lighting and I was totally surprised how cool it stayed inside when outside it was the high 80s. Very comfortable accommodations and Sean was very responsive to our needs.

Good luck beating this!

Location is incredible! Minutes away from the mountain, town plaza, and downtown Mammoth full of food and shopping. Place is small but was perfect for just me and my boyfriend. The price is what sold me! Great place for great price. Hoping to book the same place again next year.

Another Great Stay!

Had a nice three day stay for the second time this year. If you have an EV car, you have convenient access to charging stations (free) next door at the Mammoth Community Center. It’s literally a 100 yard walk (can see them from condo’s parking area). I left my can charging overnight, a huge stress reliever for me!

Nice studio for couple

Small clean updated studio good for a couple. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A little loud at night can hear plumbing pipes from neighbors. Other than that it’s a nice place.
