Welcome home

Just moved back to Kentucky after a 30 year absence. Stay was great as we looked for a permament home here. Rental was nice and welcoming and easy access to many things. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect stay and location

Very clean, close to everything in the Richmond area, easy process, Master bed is so comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, closets are huge. Look no further, this is the place you’re looking for!

Friends wedding

A group of 5 friends came for a wedding. The house was nice and fit us perfectly. We were rarely at the house but it was a great place to land and start our day from. The house wasn’t very close to Talon Winery but it wasn’t too crazy of a drive. I would stay again and recommend to others!

Very nice house

The house was very nice. With 3 bedrooms and an open floor plan there was plenty of room. Tons of closet space should you need it. It was nice having a washer and dryer. Bathrooms were great

Mother/Daughters weekend

Although the house was mostly clean, the living room and kitchen had ants. There was ants on counter and table. The living room table had ants also. There were 3 bees nest on the back porch so we never went out there. There was no seating really outside. There was one chair on front porch. My daughters either brought a kitchen chair out or sat on ground. Addressing your ant issue and removing bees nest and spider webs from porch’s would go along way to make this house more welcoming.

Girls Get Away

House was perfect for us 4 girls. House was spacious and very clean. Close to Buc-ees :) and just a short drive to Lexington. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect Spot For Us

Jamie was great to communicate with thru out the booking and stay. House sits on the out skirts of town (3 min walk) but, close enough to everything. Will stay again in the future

Family and Friends Get Together

Very much enjoyed our stay. The home was just perfect for us and very convenient for family and friends to come by. The home was very clean and everything in its place. Master bed was extremely comfortable!!! We’ll definitely be back for a return visit

Perfect for a family with littles

All the accommodations for a family with a baby and young children. Clean and welcoming home and a convenient location. So much better than a hotel stay for the weekend!!!

Perfect location for us!

We were so glad to find this gem so close to our family. The floorplan was perfect for us with a first floor master and 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen/open living area make a nice gathering place for morning coffee. We enjoyed our visit and have already booked a future stay. The only 'flaws' I found are that the coffee pot on site was dusty inside from non use but I travel with my own so no big deal and there were 2 empty beer cans on the back porch.

Simple house with the basics needed for a stay. Amenities were described rightly in listing. Not all stay requirements were up front and could be difficult for some seeing these were not disclosed until immediately prior to stay. Overall good space for family or group.

Family weekend

Cute cozy house!

It’s was a great place to meet up with some old roommates from college while we were in town for a wedding! Will definitely be booking again if we need a place to stay in Richmond!
