This spacious, single level duplex unit is located in one of Richmond`s best neighborhoods and only 24 miles from Lexington, KY. It is perfect for a quick one or multiple night stay.

With the central location of this unit, you are a short drive from all attractions!

You and your guests will LOVE this luxury unit that provides stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, memory foam mattresses, coffee bar, sectional sofa, work area, games and much more.

Single level - No stairs inside or outside the unit.

This space offers 3 memory foam mattresses (2 queens, 1 twin roll out) that can sleep up to 5 people.

You will have access to the garage during your stay.

All rooms have a smart TV that allow you to login into Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Etc.

There is a desk/work area located in the guest bedroom.

This space also supplies tide pods, dryers sheets, dishwasher pods, wash cloths, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils, and coffee!

There is no street parking in this neighborhood, but luckily the drive way can accommodate four cars and one in the garage, if desired.

There was confusion on the door code process. The owner was quick to reply with the code to get in. Few wear and tear items noted upon checkin. Owner appreciated the heads up. Nice to have a living area and kitchen to relax in. Overall great place. We would stay again.

We appreciated having access to the garage, but beware — our Jeep Gladiator (a “baby truck”) barely fit. A full-size truck definitely wouldn't make it. The A/C worked great, which was much appreciated during the sticky weather, & the bonus was a quiet ceiling fan that kept things comfortable.The furnishings weren’t really our style — somewhere between Walmart & IKEA — functional but not especially cozy. The living room could really use slim end tables with reading lamps; sitting under a bright overhead light isn’t ideal for winding down with a book at night.Neither bathroom offers much counter space for makeup or toiletries. A small vanity with a lighted mirror in the primary bedroom would be a great addition for future guests.That said, the property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, & overall the stay was pleasant. We would stay here again.

Our 5 day stay was excellent! Location for our activities was very convenient.One recommendation: the addition of a pole lamp by the sofa would be more relaxing at night in place of the bright overhead lighting. Guests who like to read could do so with the overhead lights off.

Wonderful spot tucked away

Definitely recommend staying here. Not too far from 75, and tons of places in Richmond and nearby for shopping/restaurants. Place was very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Quiet neighborhood, just a cozy place to stay.

Owner was great. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants and area attractions. Unit was clean and laid out nicely. Kitchen needs a lot more utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc.
