Enjoyed our stay. Everything went smooth from check-in to departure. Only negative comment would be that living room furniture needs an upgrade. Living room seating was limited to a lumpy sofa bed. There were only two of us - can’t imagine four people. Fourth person would have to use a dining room chair or the floor. Also patio screen needs servicing or replacement.

Beautiful views and convenient location!

The views from Marcella’s condo are just amazing and being able to enjoy them from every room plus the large balcony was so lovely. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. We were always able to find a close parking spot in the deck. We plan to bookmark this property for the future!

Great location and condo

Fantastic condo in a great location! Easy access to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. We loved the convenience of the tram transportation. The condo was very clean and well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The washer and dryer are small but perfect for a few items. Plenty of towels and blankets, and the views were absolutely wonderful!

Great time

My daughters and I stayed here and it was just perfect. Location to pool and beach is great. Room was clean and had no issues getting in. Directions were clear and easy to navigate. Will definitely stay again.

Spectacular Sandestin

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Our rental was amazing! The views of the beach were magnificent. Highly recommend this unit and we will definitely return.

We liked the corner unit. The balcony had a nice breeze. Quick short walk to the beach. We liked the extra security door.

Retreat

My purpose in booking was for some me time in an old neighborhood where we owned a condo. Great location and roomy. A bit dated in art, but not that is not too important…would have helped to have a bit more description re where to park and how to offload luggage, location of luggage carts before hand. Very nice stay. Definitely recommend it.

Great location and view

Beautiful corner condo with great view. Agent fixed issues promptly. Only recommendation would be to replace the sleeper sofa, it has seen it's better days.

Great quick getaway

We were looking for a last minute trip to relax and get away. This was a great location with beautiful beaches and the surrounding area was very relaxed and comfortable. Due to the resort style of beach access the beaches were very crowded with rental chairs and umbrellas but the ocean was beautiful and easily accessible. The property was great with an easy walk to the beach and several locations to rinse off your feet and equipment on the return. The only downside was the condition of the pull out sofa. It was just my spouse and I so we didn’t have to sleep on the sofa however just sitting on the deflated cushions were not entirely comfortable. Probably would have used a blow up air mattress had we needed the additional sleeping space. Otherwise and excellent property and great service from the host.
