Condo was exactly like the pictures showed. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Condo was close to everything. Lots of restaurants, shopping, the beach and pool. We had an amazing time and I would 100% stay here again.

I had such a great stay!! The owner had excellent communication, was available whenever I needed, and showed so much patience throughout the process. I’ve honestly never stayed anywhere so well thought out!Everything was clearly labeled and stocked with anything you could possibly need, from extra toiletries to fully equipped kitchen supplies. Even down to the small details such as extra batteries and light bulbs, which take the hassle out of travel.Dave, the owner went out of his way to acknowledge my birthday. That kind gesture made the experience feel even more personal and special.The highlight for me was the comfort. Every bed, even the pullout sofa, was incredibly comfortable. For me, a good night’s sleep makes or breaks a trip, and this place absolutely delivered.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and true attention to detail. I look forward to my next trip!

Beach Vacay 2025

Condo was very nice! This is basically a 2 BR unit; the bunk room was perfect for our 16 yr old girls. It has everything you can think of plus probably what you didn't! We had access to beach chairs and umbrellas, there was even a small cooler. Bring your own beach towels (we did) but there are not any if you don't. If your on the fence about the golf cart, just do it. It was so convenient to use to get to and from the beach. Much easier than taking the tram or your vehicle. This condo is steps away from Baytowne Wharf, but the balcony does not face the Wharf. Pool area is nice. The owner communication was stellar; very responsive and helpful! The only draw back is there is not an entrance into the property from the parking garage, which is not the owners fault but a design flaw of the property itself. There are luggage carts but pulling it to the garage and back through a main walkway was not fun. You can unload at the door but it was blocked off when we arrived. Overall, it was great week at the beach!

Everything you need!

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was well-organized and thoughtfully stocked, which made us feel right at home.The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. Description on this VRBO is accurate. Nice accommodation! Clean. Everything you may need. The golf cart was a great amenity that allows you a perfect way to get around Sandestin and all it has to offer. Host was in touch with us and very responsive. Would book this again. Thank you!

The condo was in the perfect location and just as pictured. Baytowne Wharf was steps away with endless amounts of entertainment. Dave was very responsive with any concerns, will definitely recommend to anyone.

So peaceful, great location. Unit was extremely clean and I’m very picky! Unit was also close to the elevator which was so helpful when juggling all our luggage plus a baby. Balcony was perfect to sit out on and have coffee in the mornings. Golf cart was an awesome perk to have and got us back and forth to beach access in a jiffy. Unit was equipped with everything needed for the beach. Host was very responsive and detailed. He even let us extend our trip by a day last minute and let us do an early check in when we arrived. This is everything we wanted in our first trip as a family and this property and host exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!! 10/10, no doubt!

Wonderful property!

Highly recommend this unit. It was very clean, and had everything as presented. Owner/manager communicated very well. Have been coming to Sandestin area for 25 years, this was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in to date.

Fall break

The condo was amazing. We were right in the middle of tge shops and restaurants. It had a beautiful pool area. We rented the golf cart that came with the condo and it was so convenient to ride to the beach or up to the Grand for shopping. We Loved it..

Beach get away

The property was perfect for my wife and I to relax but also be in an easy access area for some good food and entertainment. Having the beach a golf cart ride away as well as many golf courses within a 5 minute cart ride was fantastic. Dave was easy to work with and Cary communicative going into and during our stay. Definitely will be back.

Perfect location

You can’t beat the area. It’s a gorgeous property with shops and restaurants not that far away. The condo itself is nice and secure and quiet! We didn’t have a single noise issue the entire week. We have stayed here once before and it’s just as enjoyable as I remember. Only a few minutes away from the beach. Only suggestions I can make are fixing one outlet in both rooms…..they wouldn’t hold anything plugged in, and also possibly finding a way to push more air into the bedrooms. The living was nice and cool but the bedrooms ran a little warmer so you felt like you had to kick the air down more to cool them off even with the fan. Very minor things though! I would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids June 2024. The location is great, centrally located in the Sandestin complex. We LOVED the golf cart and being able to ride around to different parts of the property. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and had everything we needed at the property. 10/10, will return!

The PERFECT Family Getaway! 10/10

The best Mother’s Day gift I have ever received was a week in the sun with our babies at this beautiful condo! Thanks for the wonderful week of memories made, everything exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for all things our kids enjoy and Dave was a fabulous host, ensuring everything went smoothly for us from start to end. We will definitely be back. Not renting a car and enjoying the golf cart rides everywhere really made for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Thanks again!!

Perfect place to Get Away

We loved the location of this condo. Right in the heart of shops/restaurants/pier, yet quiet and private. We loved having the golf cart to roam the neighborhood but especially to get to the beach and many other restaurants. I was confused by the photos- the balcony is overlooking beautiful treetops- and the parking lot, not the pool, which is in a completely different building. But it was a nice place to enjoy the mornings/evenings. We also really appreciated how communicative the owner is. He resolved any issues with quick responses. Hope to get back here again.

Perfect for families!

We had an absolute wonderful time. Your condo is amazing and we can’t wait to come back! The golf cart is a must for families who want to head to the beach. Our girls just loved going on golf cart rides anywhere! We also went to Henderson State Park for a beach day. It’s $6 per car and about 15-20 minutes away, but it is way less crowded, cleaner bathrooms, more family oriented and just gorgeous! The condo was very well kept, Dave’s instructions were very detailed and he was also very responsive. There are a lot of instructions to read, but it was super helpful. We didn’t get to Baytowne until almost midnight and needed help finding our way to the condo and despite the late night text, he was still responding! Thanks again for the hospitality!

Family Weekend Getaway

We came to this area and Baytowne Wharf for the first time, to celebrate our sons 13th birthday. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Dave was easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay and the detailed instructions provided for every aspect of our stay were super helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!
