Excellent stay
We had an excellent stay at Maui Paradise. Manfred and Kathie were great with their communication and we had most of the items that we needed to go out to the beach and to cook our meals. The location was great, with close proximity to the beach and to very good restaurants. There also is a supermarket about 2 minutes walk which was very helpful. We definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing place near St.Theresa beach
Nice quiet location near a store, beach, and food trucks. Very clean and nicely organized. Amazing to see so much wildlife nearby and had a lovely stay!

Amazing condo to stay at!
Me and 4 other adults stayed at Hidden Maui Paradise for 8 days and it was really wonderful! The condo has everything you would need for vacation (beach chairs, towels, umbrella, kitchen supplies, condiments, spices etc.) Overall the place was very spacious and comfortable. The 2 AC units kept the master room and main area very comfortable. Manfred and Kathie were wonderful hosts!

Hidden Maui Paradise is a GEM!
You know you have found a good spot when you don’t want to tell a soul so you can keep it to yourself, but this one is too good not to share! We spent Christmas at Kathie and Manfred’s island oasis and it did not disappoint. Exceptional communication, cleanliness, and guest extras that made our stay easy and even efficient. The location was fantastic with quick access to the quiet, swimmable St. Theresa Beach with turtles every night! Our kids loved the pool and we had plenty of room and space to lounge while they played away. With Azeka Marketplace right across the street, we had no shortage of food, shopping, and rental/excursion options. Kraken Coffee every morning, Wow Wow for lemonade and açaí bowls, The Cinnamon Roll Place down the road, and so much more. (If you’re here for a 4th Friday of the month—DO NOT skip the 4th Friday Festival at Azeka!!) We used this trip to relax as much as possible, and this stay provided every opportunity for just that. We love Kihei and all that Maui has to offer and we will definitely book again at the Hidden Maui Paradise.

Everything we needed!
This property is a perfect little gem! The location is so convenient to restaurants, food trucks and markets, and a lovely beach is just a block away. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The condo was really clean with nice towels and linens, and the kitchen was stocked with quality things, not old leftover stuff. Our favorites were the Tupperware, big soft cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas that we used on all our excursions. The king bed was super comfortable, however the twin beds were not. We had a wonderful stay on Maui and your property was a big part of that. Mahalo!!

The perfect place to stay in Kihei
Wow what a perfect condo! Extremely clean, white the most well equipped kitchen that literally has everything you need! The entire complex is super quiet and just steps away from a family friendly beach. Our daughter lived the on-site pool, and the balcony off the unit was perfect for breakfast and evening libations.

Wonderful stay for our family
Our family of four had a wonderful time staying at Manfred's condo. It was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we need and more. The condo is located in a convenient place, across from the beach and within walking distance from stores and restaurants. We stayed in December, had the windows opened and enjoyed the sea breezes. We enjoyed the pool too. Manfred is very responsive. We arrived during a storm that knocked out internet services and he was on the phone with the cable company to address problems promptly.

Fabulous location
What a wonderful stay. So spotlessly clean and well equipped. Tupperware is the order of the day. I was amazed how everything was so well organized. The location is perfect. The beach is a short half a block walk away. We loved this part of Kihei as it is quiet with a gorgeous uncrowded beach. We were lucky enough to see whales and turtle every day. Another location bonus is the grocery store right next door. Our complex had a shortcut through a gate that made it do easy to walk to.

Nice place but needs better pull out couch
The condo was pretty nice. We had 6 adults and it fit our needs and is in a great location with beach and shopping within walking distance. Upon our arrival it was mostly clean. It did have a lot of tiny ants in the spare bedroom and sand on floors that were supposedly just steamed. Master bath is so tiny it is difficult to close the door to use the toilet. Several of us also tried to follow instructions on setting our own door lock code multiple times but were never able to figure out out. So we just memorized the 10 digit check in code. If you think you'll use more than 4 rolls of toilet paper during your week long stay you will need to purchase your own. Also laundry room has 1 small washer, 1 working dryer and 1 broken dryer. So if someone leaves their clothes in a machine or you have more than an armful of laundry expect it to take a few hours. Detergent was supplied, which is nice. I tried to make a reservation to use the BBQ area at the pool, which you apparently have to do 2 days in advance. But there's no instructions on how to do that so I called property manager and left a voicemail. Never had my call returned. Many folks here are permanent residents and seem to look down on tourists. I'm chalking it up to that as we also had people ignore us at the hot tub area. The pull out couch should really be thrown out. It was so creaky and felt like sleeping inside a taco shell. It has a huge sag in the middle that is difficult to roll out of. The other mattresses were also not great and one twin bed had a headboard that seemed to be falling off. The kitchen and balcony were nice and convenient to have. Overall we were mostly satisfied with our stay and thought it was a decent place for the price. But we also aren't that picky about certain things.

Close to beach and beautiful garden setting
This unit is in a low rise ( 2 story) building and the lanai overlooks a peaceful area with a beautiful flowering tree. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and the pool and BBQ area very convenient to the unit. No more than 2 minutes and you are on the beach watching beautiful sunsets every night. Unit is clean and well equipped.

Our stay on Nov 2nd -12th 2019
Our family of 4 stayed at this property from Nov 4th -12th. The location in Kihei was convenient and the condo has a nice layout and amenities. Unfortunately there was an issue with the AC in the living room. Our first full day the AC stopped working. I unplugged it, pressed the reset but it did not go on. I called the owners and they said they had intermittent issues with it, but it should be ok. It was out for a 1 1/2 days before it started working again. In addition there was supposed to be a new switch installed for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. That did not happen during our stay either. The owners state that the breeze will keep the condo comfortable if you open the windows and sliding door. The temperature was in the low to mid 90s during the day and the condo stayed in the 80s until it cooled off in the morning. The AC went out again for 3 days toward the end of our stay. It did finally start working again, but when we were packing up to leave, we tried turning it off and it would not shut off!!! we had to leave it unplugged. Clearly the unit was broken. We certainly had a great vacation otherwise and didn't let this ruin our trip, but it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep when it's 80+ in the condo. We briefly used the AC in the master, but it is loud and right next to the bed. We did ask for some compensation, but the owners refused stating they can't control the weather?? There is a reason almost everyone in HI has AC and not having it working for an extended period was very uncomfortable to say the least. Before renting this unit, I would make sure the AC unit has been replaced and the switch for the ceiling fan has been installed. M&D

Marvelous Maui
We had a few electrical issues, but the on site person, Ronda, was fabulous about getting things taken care of. The owner Cathy called us to make certain the issue had been addressed and we appreciated that. It is a beautiful condo, great access to beach and pool/hot tub. Also close to grocery store and market places. We loved our time their.

What a true hidden paradise!!!
This rental was by far one of the best we’ve stayed in!!! Perfect amount of room for our family, close to the beach, and the condo has a wonderful pool and BBQ area that is great for staying in and spending time with family!! We are so glad to have found this hidden gem!!!

Great location but not very clean
The property is just a 2 minute walk to a lovely beach that is not busy. There were many beach accessories provided that made going to the beach fun and enjoyable. The beds were really comfortable however be warned that the A/C is only in the living room/kitchen area so the bedrooms are very hot. 1 fan was provided and helped move the cooler air into the bedroom areas but it was extremely hot in the bedrooms. The condo was very poorly cleaned before our arrival. Light switches and microwave key pad were grimy and filthy. The counter top in the kitchen actually had a coffee splotch on it so it had not been wiped down. The kitchen towel had a large hole and drawers and cupboards needed to be wiped out as they had crumbs and debris in them (a few obvious things.) The sheets were purple and really scratchy (definitely not very high quality.). There were little tags everywhere reminding you of things you needed to do, for example double wash your hands so you don’t stain the towels with sunscreen, which I found kind of annoying. My overall impression of the property was that the owners rely on the location and maybe need to get someone new to look after the cleaning and maintenance of the property.

Great condo!
The condo was very nice and well stocked with beach toys (snorkels, fins, body boards, beach chairs, and beach towels!!). The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation in Paradise
Stayed a week over Easter April 15 -22 and loved every minute of it. What an appropriately named Condo as it is a quiet hidden paradise with the nicest garden setting right beside the beach. The gardeners take great care of all the exotic plants and trees which draws amazing song birds. The condo is a top floor corner unit so no noise from above. Had all the amenities for beach and kitchen you would have at home. Also had great wifi and cable, didn't miss any NHL playoff games which was perfect as kids needed a break from the sun in the afternoon. Perfect location in Kihei, close to shopping, restaurants, main roads, countless beaches within 20 min drive all though we loved walking the beach around the corner and viewing countless sea turtles and amazing sunsets. The pool and hot tub and community BBQ kitchen were a huge bonus. Can't wait to come back.
