☀ No garbage cans on the roads, except on designated trash days. Garbage cans are kept up and out of sight, except on the scheduled trash collection days.

☀ Leave thermostat at 78 when you leave. Note, the thermostat can't be lowered below 71 degrees.
☀ We do allow pet for additional fee. (dogs only up to 2)
☀ $195 for the 1st pet, and additional $95 for the 2nd.
☀ Pick up after a pet.
☀ Must be 25 years old to book.
☀ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras installed on the exterior of the house.
☀ Please note that smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fine.
☀ To avoid overflow and ensure a clean environment, we kindly ask guests to place trash bins out the night before the scheduled pick-up day if it falls during your stay. Please note that any excessive trash that does not fit inside the bins may incur a $125 fine, which we want to help you avoid.
