Welcome to this cozy 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse. This house is located in a very quiet community, safe and convenient.

Community with Pickball + Basketball + Dog Park + Sea Park + Barbeque + NASA + Pool. HOA Pool 3 mins away (Only summer time). Please request for the pool gate access. Garage in the back of the property.

Walk distance to NASA Space Center front gate, 1 mile to sea and Clear Lake Park. You will join fishing and crab catching here. We have RV parking available for this property! Close to all the restaurants, and supermarkets. Still there is a outdoor Pickball area 5 mins walk distance.

This house has two floors. The first floor: living room with a queen size sofa bed. Two dining area, half bathroom and a whole kitchen.
The second floor: there is a king size bed in master bedroom with full bathroom; 2 of the queen size bedrooms in 2nd bedroom; one of queen size bedroom in 3rd bedroom, still there is a full size bathroom.

Great space! Just a block from Houston Space Center, restaurants and CVS. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very user friendly. Would totally stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay. The house is spacious with large open living areas. The foosball table is a hit with the kids. Garage access is nice. The proximity to the NASA Space Center is unmatched at this quality and price. My only suggestions would be improving air circulation in the secondary bedroom. Host communication, check-in/check-out processes were simple, highly effective, and exactly what one would like when on vacation. Thanks

The place was okay overall, but there were several issues that affected our stay.The condo could use a thorough deep cleaning rather than just a standard turnover cleaning. There was trash left in a closet in one of the bedrooms, and the towels had hair on them that transferred to you when drying off. That was especially unpleasant and made the towels feel unclean.The listing photos are also somewhat misleading. Looking back, I realized the written description explains it better than the pictures, but the photos make it appear as though the pool and sports court are connected to or directly adjacent to the condo. In reality, they are located elsewhere, and their location is not very clear from the listing.Accessing the pool also requires contacting the host for an access code. Unfortunately, the host was not very responsive. We only stayed one night, and by the time we received the pool code, it was too late for us to use the amenities. We also had trouble figuring out the thermostat. Although we eventually found a note explaining how to adjust it, the host never responded to our question about it.Overall, the stay was adequate, but better cleaning, clearer listing photos, and more timely communication from the host would have made for a much better experience.

The check-in process was straightforward and easy to perform. The location was great for going to the Houston Space Center. You could walk if you wanted to. We did have some issues with our devices charging in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, and the refrigerator and oven were great for saving some money and not having to eat out. The driveway to the garage is VERY steep. If you do not have a higher-profile vehicle, you may damage your vehicle going up or down the driveway. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We did not use the pool while we were there because it rained, but it also seemed like you had to be slightly dishonest to use the community pool. I got the feeling that the community, specifically the HOA, may not be aware that the property is a VRBO.
