Fully furnished kitchen with gas stove, stainless appliances & granite counters. Vinyl plank floors, neutral colors throughout. Furnishings include two queen beds, a large sectional, and a dining table that easily seats 6. Pet & child friendly with a private fenced back yard space. Laundry located in utility room off back patio. $50 per night per unapproved guest.

Yes, this was our 3rd stay. We didn't realize we weren't in the same apartment until we got there. The one we stayed in was okay. However, the one we stayed in before was better suited to our needs.Apartment E needs silverware and a bigger bed

Mini Vacation

This listing was a 10/10 for us! Check in was simple, the listing was accurately described; it was the perfect getaway for us and our dogs. I loved the fenced backyard, the comfy couch, and it was 10 minutes from our planned events.

Brandon was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The place is in a decent location and is quiet. It provided the comforts of home for my long time stay on a work project. If I am assigned to another project in Pensacola, I would stay here again.

Great All Around

Everything as described. Great location. Only gripe...shower was on cooler side, but I'm sure if I had said anything they would have taken care of it immediately. Would definitely stay again. Neighbors were also very nice.
