Please allow me to introduce your future vacation rental cottage . Our newly remodeled dwelling is a Safe Home To Stay in located in upscale East Hill area.
We offer great discounts for longer stays!
***This home is also Pet friendly with large fully fenced on back yard so the entire family can enjoy the vacation. ***
Forget all the busy streets and noises of the crowded beach front life, we have the best country style living in the city. Tons of great places to eat and visit. Grocery store within walking distance. Bring your family and enjoy the Park just a few blocks away, or relax in your private backyard with large Grill and deck with table and chairs . Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Enjoy an entire home to yourself costing way less than a one bedroom hotel room.
Security cameras are on the premises to view outside of property only.

**LOST AND FOUND**
Any items left behind will be placed in the lost and found and held for a max of 30 days. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to recover any items left behind if they are found. We are happy to ship them to you at your cost or meet with you so you can pick your items up. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost or broken while we do our best to save all items left behind we can not guarantee that items left behind will be found after you leave. Please be sure to take all belongings with you when you check out.

Good stuff first. Beautiful, safe area! Great showers, comfortable beds, cool AC, nice washer and dryer. However, the dish washer was broken, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet when we arrived, and wobbly barstools.

First time VRBO customer

Check in and out was excellent. The dishwasher was out of order, but not a big deal. The hot water knob on the bathtub was not working but the manager responded quickly and her and her husband worked on it for over an hour and replaced the broken parts. The neighbors we met were very friendly. Overall our experience was very good.

Our group absolutely loved staying here, and I personally enjoyed how close it was to Publix (2 minutes out) and other great Restaurants (I recommend Ozone Pizza Pub and Lamonte Gelato). The house was really comfortable; some say it can be on the old side but we found it has been updated splendidly.The host was communicative and welcoming. And you can't beat the price for staying here. We will be looking to come back in the future.

Clean and nice 3 BR remodeled house. Great neighborhood. Convenient to local restaurants, shopping and other attraction. No heavy traffic in immediate area. Close enough to Pensacola Beach for a short drive.

Uncle’s 80th Birthday

Family from all over the US to celebrate my uncle’s 80th birthday. The house is seated in the fantastic East Hill neighborhood which gave us access to: NAS Pensacola, downtown, the beach, and our family on the NW side. The house is very comfortable and comes with beach essentials like an umbrella and coolers! Nice touch, by the way.

We drove from Texas to stay at this cute home in Pensacola, Fl during our stay. The owners were very helpful and considerate during our stay. The home is clean and cute! Beds were very comfortable. Our pup loved the backyard! Can’t wait to book here again!
