There is a quaint outdoor space on upper balcony, perfect view for people watching.

Central location close to many attractions! Walking distance to Frick Park (home of the famous Blue Slide!) that has a playground and walking trails. Nearby basketball court, baseball field, tennis court, and soccer field. Beechwood Blvd is a safe, family neighborhood that offers sidewalks and a dedicated bike lane.
