I don’t think I can say enough good things about this place. Neighborhood beautiful and quiet but still close to so much! Actual apartment much larger than expected and very well stocked from the towels and extra blankets to the kitchen. Quite well decorated and super comfy in all from the beds to the couch! You’ll sink in and be happy. Would highly recommended. Also owner was super friendly and very fast with responses anytime needed. 100% would stay again and again.

Great second floor apartment for internship housing. We booked this last minute as our other housing fell through. Chris texted to confirm arrival and checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. Communication was great- especially with check-in as the occupants before us checked out late. He kept us up to date with timing and we were able to get in within a reasonable time period from our initial heck-in time. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking or driving distance to Highland Park. The space was clean, open, and exactly wheat we needed!

I've stayed in a number of VRBOs and Air B&Bs, and this was far and away the best. Chris was incredibly responsive to any of my questions and needs. I cook a lot, and the kitchen was very well equipped with a great set of pots and pans, baking supplies, measuring cups and bowls, and everything that allowed us to move right in and start functioning right away. There were even things like a drying mat for dishes (as well as a dishwasher), a one pot, toaster, microwave, and TVs in every room. The most striking thing to me was that everything was high quality: the mattresses, the towels, the sheets...everything. I can't wait to stay there again!

Wohnung war groß genug für 4 Erwachsene und Kleinkind. Es war ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen. Fehlendes Haarshampoo wurde auf Anfrage sofort nachgeliefert.
