Enjoy cooking extravagant meals for loved ones in the chef’s kitchen. Soak up the sun and plunge into the saltwater pool, or enjoy the beautiful skyline from the hot tub. Work from home in comfort with electronic desks. Accommodating up to ten guests, this home offers privacy and spaciousness. Just 20 minutes from the Strip, steps from Gardens Park, and 4 minutes from Downtown Summerlin Mall and Red Rock Casino, this home is ideal for families, relocations, staff housing, nurses, digital nomads, and those looking to explore Las Vegas like a local.

Bi-weekly Clean & Tidy covers: bathrooms, floors, take out trash, and wipe down counters.

Utilities are included: gas, electric, trash, and internet. Monthly allowance is $500. Any amount exceeding the allowance will be deducted from the deposit.

Cleaning Fee: includes bi-weekly Clean & Tidy and move-out cleaning. If move-out cleaning is considered excessive, additional cleaning fee may be passed on to primary guest by reducing deposit or requesting for additional funds.

Background check and a soft credit pull (or free Credit Karma recent report) are required are paid by guest(s). All adults required.
