Digital nomads and traveling professionals this is your dream vacation home in South Summerlin Las Vegas for 60 day+ stays. Fully remodeled, 6 BR - 2 Primary 2 w/ private full baths, 4 BA. In a cul de sac. Saltwater waterfall pool w/ jet set jacuzzi. Outdoor built in grill and bar, perfect for bbq and outdoor dining.

Just 20 mins from the strip, walk to Gardens Park, 4 mins drive to Las Vegas Ballpark, Downtown Summerlin Mall, Red Rock Casino, and close to Red Rock Canyon.

Monthly "Light Cleaning & Tidy" included. Our cleaner will clean bathrooms, floors, and wipe down counters. Included in the cleaning fee.

Utilities are included: gas, electric, trash, and internet. Monthly allowance is $700. Any amount exceeding the allowance will be deducted from the deposit.

Background check and a soft credit pull (or free Credit Karma recent report) are required are paid by guest(s). All adults required.
