Lovely home in perfect spot

This house is perfect. It is the absolute best neighborhood. there are many spots where people can work or play and have privacy. The garden and view are perfect. It is quiet. I would rent again.

Incredible location and host

We absolutely loved the proximity to Red Rock Canyon, the cottonwood canyon trail in the back yard, the friendly neighbors, the grocery store and Randy's donuts in walking distance. Cida was a friendly, responsive and accommodating host!

Great Location

We were very impressed with the property and enjoyed the great back yard with a view of the mountains. The location was ideal for us as we love to walk and hike. The property is close to the Red Rock Canyon area which was also good for cycling. The location is also close to grocery stores, a shopping center and restaurants. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay in Summerlin

Perfect location near Las Vegas and all the area has to offer. Loved the patio overlooking Cottonwood Canyon park where we walked our dog nearly every day. Friendly neighbors and walking distance to grocery, coffee, restaurants, etc. Timely responses by owner to any questions we had. Will definitely be back

Return trip to Summerlin NV

We really enjoyed our second visit to Summerlin. The convenience of shopping, hiking and entertainment on the Strip is a perfect combination. My favourite thing is the quiet neighborhood and Cottonwood Canyon walks with our dog.The pool wasn’t heated but the hot tub sure is enjoyable. Hope we can return sometime The house itself is quite comfortable with lots of towels and bedding I noticed fewer basics provided this trip but we managed.

Perfect location

This is our second year in this home and will keep coming back if we can. Just the right size for the two of us and has all the amenities you need for your stay. Cida is so easy to work with and very responsive if you have an issue.

Very Nice Condo in very nice part of Vegas

All was as advertised. We stayed mid Jan to mid Feb., a little too chilly to sun outdoors in the back yard. But still enjoyed the view of the Wash and the Mountains. Would recommend to a friend.

Stay in Summerlin

There were a few issues when we arrived but fixed shortly after check-in. The condo was in a great location, we could walk to a grocery store and many restaurants. Our only complaint would be that someone had smoked, probably outside but must have left the door open. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cida.

Great location, well equipped Condo

We were in Summerlin to hike and bike in the Red Rocks and Valley of Fire and enjoy an extended summer as it’s cold at home now. The pros: Location!! Backs onto cottonwood canyons walking path and close to everything Condo itself is huge - 3 bedrooms upstairs and tons of room and very well equipped kitchen , newer appliances. tons of towels, great backyard etc and a great neighbourhood Owner, very responsive and helpful Cons: it’s an older development and it was clean but could use a deep clean and some paint if not for that this would be 5 stars That’s said we liked it so much we would come back.

Quiet, Safe and Ideal Location

Our stay in Cottonwood Terrace was from Dec. 2021 through Feb. 28 2022. The property was as described and expected, very comfortable for 2 of us. We were able to walk to shopping and drive minutes to freeway access. The gated community was well maintained and the neighbors were always friendly. Even though the weather was not always warm, you can expect sunshine most days. We walked everyday. There are trails just outside the community down a ravine/valley. Lots of birds and wildlife. Landlord was responsive to our needs, though we had few. But always available by text. You can tell about a vacation rental when the next number of months/years are already booked. You will enjoy this property!

Love this place!

We would definitely go back to stay here in Summerlin NV. Cida was very helpful with the info we needed. The house is located in a lovely quiet gated community. Just a 10 min walk to a supermarket and Starbucks. The house had everything we needed, excellent wifi, NetFlix, plenty of towels and pillows, very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. There’s a nice enclosed backyard that looks over the walking path known as Cottonwood Canyon. It was my favourite morning walk location. It is well lit for predawn or evening walks. Hiking in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is 15 mins away and The Las Vegas Strip is only 25 mins the other way. Lots of dining options in Summerlin and all the shopping services nearby.

Great place & location- owner great to work with.

This is our 5th year renting for 5 weeks and we will definitely try to rent this place again next year. The house is even nicer than the pictures. Very well decorated, comfortable & very well stocked with bed linens, towels and kitchen necessities. Owner responded immediately to questions. Great overall experience.

Everything we had hoped for and more

We stayed for a month from end of January to the end of February 2018 and found Cida's home to be very comfortable. We had a few issues when we first arrived and we contacted Cida and she responded right away and made sure our issues were addressed. The house could use some simple maintenance work but overall it is it is well taken care of. We will definitely be back.

Great neighborhood, quiet house

This gated neighborhood in Summerlin is the best! It is quiet, safe and very convenient. The backyard is nice and it's wonderful being on the canyon. This was our second time staying in this neighborhood and this model of townhouse. We were always worried about noise but you can't hear a thing! The house is equipped with everything you need. And Cida was wonderful to work with. I'd recommend staying at this property.

Serene secure comfortable home in a beautiful area

My husband, my dog and I traveled to the Summerlin area for a wedding, and this beautiful home was perfect for us: private, serene, quiet and secure, with nice places to walk and great restaurants nearby. The house is beautifully laid out and well appointed with everything we could need. The wash in the back was gorgeous - and the large master bedroom has a great view of the mountains to wake up to. We had so much fun walking down through the wash to the park and path in the canyon behind the house. You cannot beat the serenity and peace of mind that this place offers, not to mention the proximity to Vintner Grill (fabulous restaurant walking distance from the house), and just down the street is Whole Foods and my new favorite French deli - Patisserie Manon. The owner was a pleasure to work with and let us know she and the house manager were available for questions or assistance, but everything was great and self-explanatory. I would definitely stay here again, even if visiting the Strip (about 12 miles away). The sense of peace and privacy we got here was not something I necessarily expected from a Vegas area subdivision, but this place was truly wonderful!
