Cozy Park Model is number 2 on this property with plenty of room between them. We have boat parking with electric and water. In the heart of Port Clinton, this lovely tiny home provides a great place to relax. Situated just a 2-minute drive from the serene shores of Lake Erie, you can spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming, or exploring the nearby African Safari Wildlife Park, just a 16-minute drive away. Hop on the Jet Express, a 3-minute drive from your doorstep, and discover the delights of the surrounding area.

Back at the property, you'll enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with streaming channels. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and more, allows you to whip up delicious meals. Please know these have only 13 gallon water heaters so quick showers for over 2 people. Outdoors consists of a gas grill. Plenty of outdoor seating. Bring your boat and dock for a small fee. Take a walk to the beach there is a sidewalk that leads right into Port Clinton about a half mile walk there is Docks beach house Restaurant, sit and enjoy the great food and drinks while the kids enjoy the beach. Across the street is Off the Rocks Mexican cuisine and a very good place to the west 1/4 mile called Overboard bar and grill they have amazing burgers and fresh cut fries.
As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit. This vacation home has everything you need for a truly memorable stay in Port Clinton.
A fish cleaning table, we are 1.5 miles from downtown Port Clinton, we also have docks available at this property for sm. fee
Something to know about Port Clinton from late June thru the first of August we have 2 bugs called a Midge and a Mayfly they come off of the lake at night in what is called a hatch they are attracted to light, but it helps keeping out door lights off when not needed.
They do not bite, and they die within 24 hours they will fly into the home when you open doors or windows. We do our best to clean up the outside during these hatches so bear with us the whole community has the same issue.

Finding location was a little confusing but trust the gps. Once you turn off the main road its the last row of the park models. You'll see a sign for Erie Gatherings. Everything was great, Quiet and relaxing location!

Nice little place

Housed our fishing group well for our short stay. Main mattress is VERY SOFT, but there are several other options in the house. Google maps does not accurately take you to the location as the actual home is beyond the main roads. Would stay again if looking for an affordable option in the area!

The yard could of used some work so it could be enjoyable. The porch needed railings on the top so someone doesn't fall off and could use a bigger hot water heater.

We had a larger sewer project done and just waiting for the landscaper to come fix the areas. That's the largest water heater that fits in these park models 4 people can take short showers Also the porch railing is installed.

Home away from Home

Tammy was great with communication. She helped with local spots, ideas and was prompt at responding. If we needed anything, she was there. This place was easy to walk to town from, had everything we needed for the stay and compfy beds!

Very Nice

We had a really good time. The owner had us stay at another location other than the one we booked that was much larger. It was very nice. My kids loved it and said it was our new home! We will be back. Thank you Tammy.

fishing eclipse fun

We had an unforgettable adventure here! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The fish cleaning station was a great perk and we loved every moment of our time spent fishing on Lake Erie. Being in the path of totality for the eclipse was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We couldn't have planned it better if we tried. We'll be back next year for more of this unbeatable experience.

Our experience

When we first arrived we went in and I walked through the property. It was very clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the last booking. Carpet was dirty, hair in the bathtub, toilet was dirty, old toothpaste in the sink. I reached out to the owner of the property and she made it right. She moved us to another property that was brand new, never been advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Jayna after getting your family settled in the new place I went thru the park model you had booked. I did have a concern with the cleaning that clearly needed attention. It was unacceptable. And I also put you in a bigger place so you could enjoy your stay. Thanks and come again

Not 420 Friendly or Friendly in General

I think a lot of the issues came from booking on Vrbo. The address was incorrect and the host refused to believe it. The place also had an extra bed that was not listed. Was pretty clean but could tell some surfaces haven’t been touched. The doors also didn’t lock and I never got a message on how to check in until I asked. Host accused us of smoking weed inside and sent a $200 fee. We only smoked outside and they came in to clean as soon as we left so I’m sure the smell wasn’t completely gone. She continued to argue that we did and never lifted the fee and stopped responding.

The extra bed was put in there at about 4 pm because you had 6 people and I wanted you to sleep comfortably. I sent instructions at 3:42 because you stated you would be in very late Saturday The doors do lock and I told your co.pany in person that the key was hanging to the left of the sink on the hook. I was notified by my cleaning service about the very bad odor of weed I immediately went over because they had to install a ozone cleaner to get rid of the smell. I did not stop responding I sent the past due fee again you refused to pay.

Cute and pleasant

Two friends, my spouse, and I enjoyed our stay. The place was relatively easy to find. It is not directly in the neighborhood but next to which allows for more privacy. We only stayed for one night but the place had many amenities such as cooking supplies and other general things. My only super minor note, is there are plenty of bugs outside - I mean, after all, it is near a ton of water. That also means there are quite a few dead bugs on the outside and just a FEW (and I mean under 4, if that) inside. Given how many bugs were outside, the inside cleanliness was impressive! The hosts were kind, leaving their phone number and instructions for how to use a few things and other notes. We went during the summer and the air conditioners (one on ground level, one in loft) kept the place super cool and perfect. I would (and will?) definitely come back. I recommend it if you are planning a trip to Cedar Point, it is about 30 minutes away and a great price!

Tiny black spiders

The location of this place and size was great! Unfortunately I had to experience the joy of tiny black spiders in the ceiling fan of the main bedroom! We of course didn’t know they were there until I pulled the cover back and seen them all through out the bed. My husband was able to remove what was visible on the ceiling and fan blades. I thought that was the end of them so we slept in that bed the first night. The next morning I woke up and seen a few hanging around on some of the blades that’s when I knew they had to be inside the fan. We go out and are gone the whole day we came back to the ceiling fan covered in spider webs and all the spiders are back so we decided to not sleep in there that night instead we slept on the pull out bed in the living room biggest mistake! I wasn’t expecting luxury coming from a pull out bed but we woke up with the worst back pain from the bars of the frame underneath. The shower curtain was dirty to the point when you took a shower you could see the dirt running off of it when it got wet no plastic liner on the shower so that caused a big mess. A bowl and a spoon was still dirty when I pulled them out of the drawer and cabinet. No light worked in the loft area. Hot water runs out super fast for 4 people. Cob webs everywhere inside. Information is vague. I did contact the host through Vrbo about the spiders and she did have her cleaning lady come change our bed sheets the first night for the next night she brought back a clean comforter.
