Historic Parkside Cottage in Savannah

This darling historic cottage is located in the desirable Parkside area of Savannah. Built in 1925, Parkside Cottage is located one block from the largest park in Savannah, Daffin Park, which is home to Grayson Stadium and the Savannah Bananas Baseball Team. Parkside Cottage is approximately one mile from the Whole Foods shopping center, Home Depot, and Target. It is located one mile from Memorial Hospital and two miles from Candler Hospital.

A few things to note: there are two outdoor security cameras on the property. One is at the front door (doorbell cam) and the other is in the backyard overlooking the yard and the back of the house. There is also a security system in the home. I'm happy to provide you with the code and show you how to use it upon check-in. There has never been an issue with theft or break ins at Parkside Cottage since I've owned the home, but I wanted a security system.

Another thing, there is covered, gated RV parking on the property if you'd like to use it for that for an extra charge. No hookup to water or power, however.
