The Bolton Bear House has six spacious bedrooms with plush, comfortable beds, cozy linens, and ample storage space. On the main level, you have a master suite with a large king bed and an attached en-suite bathroom. There is a second full bathroom on the main level off of the kitchen. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen and an extra twin pullout sleeper sofa. Two pull-out queen sleeper sofas are located in the second-floor loft for additional sleeping space. These second-story bedrooms and loft space share one bathroom. The basement has an additional three bedrooms. One bedroom has a king, the second is a queen, and the third is a bunk bedroom with a full under a twin. All the bedrooms in the basement share one full bathroom and a second half bath. The home also features one loft, perfect for those who want to get a little extra sleep.

The chef kitchen is designed to cater to all your catering and cooking needs. Stocked with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is the heart of the home, making it perfect for socializing and entertaining. Once you've finished cooking an exquisite meal, head over to the outside deck, which comes with outdoor dining with a BBQ grill, perfect for a sunny afternoon BBQ. Once the night falls, guests can gather around the s'mores fire pit, chat, laugh, and make unforgettable memories. Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***
