Really cute house right next to the stadium! Very clean and had all the necessities. This house is in the best location if your visiting a student at UU. Will definitely stay here again!

Great property, great location!

We had a great time. If you’re wanting to be close to U of U, or downtown, or for skiing? Can’t be better located. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Loved it- will try to come back!

I loved this property!. The location was awesome. Parking was awesome. The couch and the pillows were awesome. Bryan was super helpful and I would highly recommend his place.

Close to Rice-Eccles Stadium

The unit was very clean and nicely remodeled. The furniture and bed were comfortable. A very nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood close to the stadium.

We stayed here for family weekend at the U. Fabulous location. Steps from Rice Eccles stadium and campus. A block and half from the Trax stop and convenient to downtown. Great neighborhood. We stayed in Unit 2. Perfectly appointed with everything you need. Comfortable bed, clean renovated bathroom and off street parking (though we didn’t need a car bc of its location and ease of getting around). The house is exactly as pictured. The host was super responsive (only had one small question) and we will definitely be back. Go Utes!!

Quiet & Cozy

We enjoyed our stay! There were a few unavoidable issues with a broken water heater, but the property managers could not have been nicer or more attentive, and they had it fixed as quickly as possible. They are very responsive. The house was cute, clean, and had everything we needed to be there comfortably all week.

Quaint, but Modern and Lovely

This home is in a gorgeous neighborhood and it is very close to the city center. it was a perfect location for my needs. It was an easy 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 10 minutes from the Salt Palace Convention Center. It is perfect for a couple or single. It has great parking! I enjoyed my stay and it was very comfortable. Bryan was a great host and it was easy to keep in communication with him. I highly recommend this stay.
