Perfect spot for Family Weekend at the U

This little spot was the perfect place for us to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University. The location was perfect for exploring the city and being close to the action. Just a few minutes walk down to the Trax and about a 15-20 minute walk in the opposite direction to the stadium. It's uphill, but not terrible and if you really didn't want to face the climb you could walk downhill to the Trax station and it would dump you off right in front of the stadium with easy access to lower campus. We probably could have gotten away without a car but we knew we wanted to explore the greater area so was glad we had it. Parking was no problem. Check-in was a breeze with extremely easy-to-follow and thorough instructions. The place was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer is a really nice bonus. We didn't stay long enough to need it, but made a mental note for the next time as I suspect we'll be back! It was clean and the bed was comfortable although a queen, which seems a little small when you're accustomed to a king. Would definitely recommend and look forward to next time.

Good apartment but noisy neighbors

Neighbors' foot steps were very disturbing, as if they had huge boots on! Made staying there uncomfortable.

First stay

There were proms and cons to our stay. The only two issues were communication and it was not very clean. When I did hear from the host she was nice but I don’t think she replied in a timely manner. I did appreciate getting into our rental about an hour early. And the location was great for getting to the university.

Adorable little condo

We really enjoyed our stay! It was adorably decorated, very clean and comfortable! Had all the amenities we needed. Super close to the U which made it perfect!

Nice location

This was a very cute apartment with cool antique furnishings. The couch was beautiful but not comfortable to sleep on LOL. Close to UofU for the concert we attended.

Very safe area to walk around and find restaurants, coffee shops and to get to the campus. Melanie, the owner, is easy to communicate with. The condo is clean and cute.

We stayed at this location for a concert at Rice Eccles stadium. It was a short easy walk to the University and there was even public transit right across the street for those that want that option to explore the area more. The unit itself was very clean, bright, and organized. Easy parking and access/check in - would definitely stay again!

It IS a classy little apartment

As an older woman, I initially struggled with some of the electronic systems of door locks, but the property owner resolved my issues. I never did figure out how to lower tv volume, though, and instead used my tablet to watch Netflix. All in all, this was a good rental experience. Love the bathtub and HOT water!

Cute. Right-sized and right location for hospital appointment

Nice little place. Parking was interesting, but it worked. Our first time doing a VRBO and it was a good one.

Lovely Classy Place

The Host was very kind and a pleasure. The place was classy, clean and close to many places I needed to get to. I loved the decor and will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Probably the most cozy bed I've ever slept in. Nice space. Interesting antique items in the space. Clean. Relaxing rainfall showerhead.

Great if you have something you're attending at the U such as a football game. Just a short walk. Easy in and out.

Perfect Place

Lovely one bedroom. Comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect to access downtown and the U. Nice touches: in room laundry, detergent pods for clothes and dishwasher. Roku TV. Really nicely done.

Nice local place!

We enjoyed our stay, it was very cute, nice amenities, and a good amount of space. Close enough to downtown with only a short car ride. The host helped us when we had a problem come up at check in and was very friendly. Just be careful to not lose the parking pass. We were unfortunate with the high winds while we were there. The paper flew out of our car when we opened our doors to get out. We unfortunately could not chase it down. There is a $50 fee for this if lost.

Small but mighty

Great for a couple, vintage vibe. Beware it is very loud for traffic if your are a light sleeper and you can hear all the action from upstairs but with some white noise playing I slept like a baby and the location is central to everything. Would stay again!

Cute little place!

We just loved the place and the location and especially the decor and just whole feel of the stay! We stayed to be in SLC for my fiancés birthday and the location was perfect for where we needed to go and things we planned to do. After our fun adventures we were able to snuggle up in a nice comfy bed and boy were the blankets just so soft I basically fell right asleep! 10/10 would stay again! The host was also on top of communication and I didn’t feel like I had to worry about anything!
