Formal Dining Room, Game Room W/ 58 Inch Smart TV, Bar, Seating Area, Shuffleboard Table, Jumbo Connect 4, Corn hole Boards Tabletop Ping Pong Kit, Master Bedroom W/ King Bed and 50 Inch Smart TV, 2 Queen Rooms W/ Water Views and 50 Inch Smart TV's, Kids Room W/ Water view, 2 Bunkbeds ( sleeps 4) and 65 Inch Smart TV, Remodeled Bathrooms, Laundry Room W/ New Washer and Dryer, Laundry Sink and Extra Cabinet Space, Covered Back Porch W/ Swing, Sofa and Club Chair Seating. The Barbecue Area Has a Gas Grill, a smoker and a Charcoal Grill. Huge Backyard W/ Fire pit, 80 Foot Seawall W/ Kayak launcher, Private Boat Ramp, 5 Kayaks, 3 Paddle boards, and fishing Poles. Rest and Relaxation

We enjoyed the quiet time out back! We were here for a larger family gathering in the area. It was nice to start and end the day in this peaceful place.

It was a great New Year's

The place was great and had everything we needed and more. Although it was a short time...we managed to pack alot into it.. and then collapse and wind down at night in front of a fire!!!

Great Getaway

This property has everything you could ask for. It is really spacious and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay and loved renting a boat and having the ability to park it on premises. Had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Scallop trip!

Beautiful house awesome location for scalloping! It was so comfy and had everything to make us comfy, a true home away from home! The access to water with private ramp was bonus! Great for families and kids. Loved the games and all the TVs.

Friends Getaway

This property was PERFECT. We had 4 couples that planned a weekend get together, and this home was selected. The home was furnished with everything you need and more.....we enjoyed it all. Kayaks, firepit, very comfortable outdoor furniture, and everything you need in the kitchen. Super clean home. The host was very responsive to all questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything you could possibly want for a vacation

What an amazing house and location. Spotlessly, clean, easy, boat access and just plain perfect. Everyone had a great time and we couldn’t of asked for anything more. We will definitely be back.

Very Nice Property

Stayed for several days to enjoy the river and scallop. 2 Couples were very comfy. Bedroom/ bath set-up requires some imagination but the rest of the house is perfect for enjoying friends, cooking, and relaxing. Host was fabulous and wanted to make sure we had a nice time.

Best waterfront stay in Homosassa!

We enjoyed our stay so much. All of the little details really made this place feel homey. We loved being waterfront. Only about a 10 minute boat ride to the springs, 25 minutes to the gulf. Our host was amazing and was easy to contact. The house was clean and exactly as described. We WILL be back!

Christmas boating getaway

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking, house was clean and comfortable. We brought our boat as well, the tide was low so we had to use fenders, but overall the dock/seawall was in good condition and easy to navigate the canal. Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely recommend this house and stay again.

Peaceful Getaway

The house was beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk room. The location is perfect for our pontoon boat, and is very close to the main channel. There are many local restaurants a short boat ride away. We enjoyed swimming at the springs, visiting the wildlife park, scalloping in the gulf, fishing, and a visit to Weeki Wachee.

Mini-Vaca during Spring Break

Comfortable home. Has everything needed. Easy to find. Great access to launch a boat, park the trailer, come and go via the canal to the river. If our stay had been longer, would have certainly taken advantage of the outdoor space and the kayaks. Maybe another time.

Excellent place!

House was fantastic. Directly on the canal and straight access to the river. House was one of the most well appointed I’ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to relax. Kayaks and paddle boards were easy to access and utilize. We kayaked out into the river and it was beautiful. Just a short drive to the springs and the manatees. If you find yourself in the area, you won’t be upset staying here. Had a great time!
