Wonderful house!
We are frequent VRBO renters so we've seen it all. This house is extremely well equipped, beautifully furnished, very clean, and has a great layout. The master is sort of its own suite at the front of the house and the patio in the middle of the house is so perfect- just enough shade from too much sun while being bright and not dark either. I especially liked the attached garage so I could pull in, shut the door and go directly into the house when I stayed there solo at times (we were there nearly a month, in and out). It is a nice neighborhood, but I liked that for my paranoid peace of mind. There is a park that is just a few minutes walk away, the beach is a 25-30 min walk, and there is a convenience/liquor store less than a half a block away for quick grab items. The property manager was one of the best I've ever worked with- very easy to communicate with, extremely accommodating, and he had a welcome basket in the house when we arrived. This is a top notch rental home!
