Short Stay, but Impressive

We enjoyed our stay at 440 Caramelized while passing through Memphis. Though our stay was for only 1 night, it was truly impressive. Pettigrew Adventure Host was very communicative, the space was wonderfully furnished, decorated and had everything needed to cook a family meal or just unwind after a long trip. Also, the location is right in the middle of all things, great restaurants, bars, and historical sights, but still very quiet. Our 2 doodles were also very comfortable in the space and we all loved the beautiful walking path just feet away from the condo not to mention and absolutely amazing park for all ages along the Mississippi and less than 1 block walk. If you’re ever in Memphis and need a great place to stay, definitely book here!

That experience coupled with my third-generation knowledge of real estate development and design makes me passionate about providing upscale and functional properties conveniently located to the heart of the city that I love. I am a lover of local, fine art and am always looking for a fun piece to showcase in my properties. I am a dog mom of two and adore the many pet friendly places in Memphis that allow my “kids” to accompany me. When I’m not in court, or making plans for my next investment property, I enjoy traveling the world to pick up creative inspiration to bring back to my hometown. Because of my love for travel, I put my heart and soul into making certain that visitors have the best experience, not only in my properties, but also in my beloved Memphis, TN.
