Excellent Experience

The unit is spacious and very well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Central location allowed us to walk to nearly everything we did while in Memphis. Hosts were very gracious and communication was clear and timely.

BEST STAY EVER!

This VRBO was by far the BEST place I've stayed in Memphis. I will definitely book this again in the future. The attention to detail was on point. The bedding, the HVAC, the great water pressure, the TVs in every room, the safety cameras, the ease of access, and even the bathroom towels were all WAY above the expectations given my past experiences. This place is located in walking distance of most everything visitors want to see. The owners were great communicators as well. No need to look any further for a place to stay in Memphis.

Excellent Downtown Memphis Condo

This property was excellent & very safe and secure. It was really clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. The washer & dryer was full-size. Walkable to Beale Street, The Peabody Hotel for the duck parade, and the MLK Museum was around the corner. Very comfortable big beds. You get 2 parking spots with a remote gate that locked. The hosts were very communicative. We loved this condo & would stay again in a heartbeat! My group was 4 guests (2 couples, all in our 60's and we have high standards!!) It was truly perfect so don't think twice about booking this property!

Amazing location!!!

This property is in one of the coolest parts of downtown Memphis! Everything was very walkable and perfect for a trip away with my sister. The property is very well maintained and the host has everything labeled (which is very helpful). The off street parking is a huge plus! Beds were comfortable and the toiletries were appreciated! We hope to stay here again!

Great location

Chris was a fabulous host. He answered questions immediately. The condo is a lovely renovated space in a part of Memphis slowly undergoing restoration. The condo is a half block from the National Civil Rights Museum which is a must-see and a block from a historic diner. The condo is a rare find with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We were three friends so it worked perfectly.

Easter Weekend in Memphis

Condo has extremely convenient location, close to museums, Beale St, ballpark, restaurants, etc. Condo was neat and clean, nicely furnished and appointed, quiet, comfortable. Chris' info was comprehensive, detailed, helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at Chris’ place. The location was great and walkable to a lot of attractions. The house itself is lovely but the bedroom on the first floor is open to the main living area on level 3 so you can hear everything going on upstairs and can be noisy.Chris is a great host, really helpful and accommodating

Memphis Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were all clean and good sized. It is in a great location, we hardly had to drive the entire weekend. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely stay!

We took our 80 year old mom to Memphis to visit Graceland, her lifelong dream. The house was clean, secure, had comfortable beds, and roomy. And, it's in a great location -- lots of restaurants and coffee shops, close to Beale St and other sites, secure parking spot. Chris was helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent All Around!

We had an all around excellent experience! Check in, check out and communication with the owner was simple, responsive and concise. The property itself is very nice and clean and well thought out. The location is also excellent! I highly recommend this property and if we come back to Memphis, we will stay here again. Great experience!

Great Condo/Great Location

Work trip with Co-workers. This is a great area. Love being able to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. We have stayed in both of the units here and love them both.

Great location and wonderful unit

We loved being so close to so many great things in walking distance. The unit was beautifully decorated for Christmas with many nice touches. Checkin was so easy too. We would definitely stay here again.

Another Year in the books

This is the third year in a row at this property. The hosts are super friendly and easy to work with. The property is always maintained really well. Super clean and updated often. One of the best to deal with if staying in Memphis area. We are already booked for next year.

Great property!

We loved our stay at the condo! I was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The location was wonderful! Almost everything we wanted to do was in walking distance! I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Memphis!

My wife, Christine and I are Downtown Memphians and purchased this property in 2019. The previous owner operated both out units as Short-Term rentals just as we are.

We look forward to hosting new and returning guests to our units. We love Memphis and think our guests will too.

This property is ideally located in the Downtown Memphis area. For starters, there is private off-street parking and ample security for the units.

There is a unique and superb local coffee shop literally right across the street and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The Civil Rights Museum is just around the corner and the Blues Hall of Fame is just up the street.

The Memphis Orpheum Theater is only a short walk up the road with Memphis' Famous Beale Street only a further short walk from there.

Central Bar-B-Q, one of Memphis' more famous BBQ restaurants is also close-by.

If you like Memphis or are traveling here for the first time, this is the place for you. Moreover, if you are coming as a large group, this unit sleeps 6 very comfortably and has the other amenities you would expect at home.

A car is not required for enjoying Memphis with this property as your home base. You can get to most places by simply walking. Also, the Memphis Trolley system has a stop very near this unit and it only cost $1 per ride.
