Gorgeous home with an open floor plan. Highlights include:
*Large wood patio with heated pool and grill
*450 foot walk to lake and dock for cove swims, boating and paddle-boarding. Option to bring your own motor boat and use our boat slip.
*6 minute drive to Sherman town beach, park and tennis courts.
*lots of great hikes nearby
*16 minutes to Thunder Ridge ski hill
*30 minutes to Mohawk Mountain
- This house opens onto the pool, please contact us if you have small children.
