Stunning First Floor Duplex Home includes 2 BR with1 queen bed, 1 full bed with trundle, cozy sleeper sofa sectional in living room, sunroom with magnificent kitchen, brand new appliances, 1 full bathroom with a HEATED FLOOR, covered porch with chairs, outside shower, full size washer/dryer, brand new central air system w/ 3 independent controlled thermostats for each room (mini splits AC/heat), high-speed internet w/ Wi-Fi, & 3 brand new, mounted TV's that enables you to stream your favorite Apps!! We provide fresh linen/towels unless you prefer your own. We also include 4 beach tags & 4 beach chairs for all of your beach fun!!. Fantastic location!! ONE block from the BEACH, 5 min. walk from the playground, basketball/tennis courts, skating park, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, CVS & Acme!! 5 min. drive from Atlantic City Casinos & Spas, boardwalk, restaurants, & nightlife! We do not allow pets, smoking, or parties since we are a cute, quaint, & quiet home! Our family resides in the home above and are on the property regularly if you ever need assistance. We want to accommodate you the best way we can and pray many families will make lifelong, HAPPY memories here at Philly's Beach House!

Hola!! I was born In NYC raised in the metropolitan area where I graduated from Montclair St. University and moved down to south jersey to be with the love of my life, my hubby Steve!! We have 2 beautiful children which are the joys of our life! We absolutely love serving the Lord and training up our children in the way that they should go! To love God and Serve HIs children! WE as a familia love sharing God's blessings with others! We pray you too will experience the peace which surpasses all understanding as you choose to stay at our Philly's Beach House!!

Brigantine Beach is a perfect, island getaway for us to spend quality time together as a family. Located only one block from the beach, is truly beyond my wildest dreams from where I grew up in North Jersey! We love that it is a cute, quiet, calm island that makes us truly feel like we on vacation when we are staying here! We also love that we are only a five min. drive from Atlantic City Boardwalk & Casinos, Spas, shows, Fine-Dining restaurants, the aquarium, and exciting nightlife!! We also love that we can drive only 25 min. over to Ocean City, NJ where we can experience the nicest/cleanest boardwalk in South Jersey!
