Every inch of this St Matthews property was renovated in 2023. This all new 6 Bedroom 3 Full bath home has 12 Beds, 5 Kings and 7 Twin XL. The Twin XL's are the same length as a King. The three full bathrooms are all custom tiled baths with glass entry doors. The all new kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances. The backyard is completely private with a covered patio, 70in TV, fire pit, and plenty of room for yard games, including corn hole which is provided during your stay. You are walking distance to all the bars, pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants in St Matthews and Frankort Ave.

I rented this property for me and 9 friends. The house was clean and modern, there were plenty of beds for everyone, the bathrooms were nice and large and everything we needed was in walking distance. Quick trip into downtown Louisville and to the airport. 100% would stay here again

We had a wonderful time at this property! The host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The location was amazing and made exploring the area super convenient. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how spread out the layout was—it gave everyone room to relax without feeling like we were on top of each other. Fun was definitely had by all, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

House for JVA Tourney

This property is great! Just redone and had everything for 4 families to stay and not feel like they were on top of one another. The outdoor area is perfect and the location is walkable to a cute soda shop or a stroll around water reservoir.

Great spot for a boys weekend

Grabbed some friends for a Louisville trip. The house was great and provided enough room for all of us to hang out. Location was also a plus, being walking distance from a bar 24-7 dinner and multiple restaurants really tied the weekend together.

Definitely Would Stay Again

The house was clean and in a location that was convenient to get to everything we needed and wanted. The restaurants within walking distance were great. We highly recommend Burger Girl Diner and Joelle’s! The layout of the house was unique but served its purpose of holding multiple families.

Would book again

Perfect setup for a large group! This property met all our needs for a holiday family gathering. The gathering areas (LR, Kitchen) were large and easy for groups to get together and visit. There were also plenty of bedrooms so anyone that wanted to get away from the group had that option as well. The place was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and simple sundries/paper goods were supplied. Well done! We would choose this space again if we gathered in Louisville. Thanks!
