2-story house with 3 bedrooms, laundry and a full bathroom upstairs. Main floor includes a 3/4 bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. Very close to all the downtown amenities, Creighton and UNO. Off-street parking available and plenty of street parking. Covered front porch and also a nice back deck for enjoying the weather.

Lovely, old/historic house. Expect possibly a few creaks and oddities-that just comes with old homes. When said oddities came up, the owners were incredibly responsive and appreciated me letting them know. They dropped off items to solve an issue, along with some delicious seasonal doughnuts-very nice touch. The only real issue I had was the noise level from street traffic at night. I’ll admit that I’m incredibly sensitive when it comes to this and a move to a room further back in the house and some ear plugs took care of it. Perfect distance to Henry Doorly zoo, which is what we came for!

Convention Stay

The historic property had been renovated recently. We enjoyed the stay. We had an issue with the microwave and refrigerator tripping the circuit breaker but Matt responded immediately and fixed it. Matt and Sienna were good hosts.

Cute and near toneverything

This was a cute, extremely well maintained, clean property. Quiet neighborhood. It is near to restaurants and the CHI Conference Center. The hosts are easy to work with. We will book again!

Creighton Distance Labs

I stayed here for 2 weeks for my P1 pharmacy labs. The house is in a very convenient location basically just down the road a bit from the student parking lot and also close to all the downtown action. The house is really cute and well kept, I highly recommend!

Nice home close to Charles Schwab Field

Property owner was very attentive to my messages.Home is very clean & close to Charles Schwab Field. We stayed here for the CWS & it was a short Uber ride.Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay at Historic Property

Family vacation

We were in town to visits family. The house was welcoming and comfortable. It was great place to hangout with the kids and grand kids. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed for state wrestling. Was just a short drive to thr Chi Center. Never have stayed at a place where check out was just us being able to grab our stuff and leave. That was awesome! We stay at a lot of places and this one was exactly as listed. There was a cold snap this weekend and the main level of the house was a bit cold...couldnt keep the feet warmed up but nothing a pair of slippers couldn't solve. It was a large home with plenty of space to move around! Absolutely loved ut!

Good stay

Visited over Thanksgiving. Had the essentials to make a family feast. One of the bedrooms was super cold but the other 2 was fine. Location was good. Clean and Comfortable.

Celebration

Greetings! It was good location, space and safety. We only in counter two things, there are ants and others uninvited friends. Also the power went out on half of the house. The fridge and microwave were not working. The tv was not working. Other than these things we will definitely come back for a weekend.

Quaint older house

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what was needed as well. I would recommend that a spatula for non stick pans be added to the utensils.

Cute House Downtown Omaha

Great house. Great location close to everything including CWS venue. Great owners. Very responsive. Note: No regular TV or cable. Has access to everything like Netflix/Apple/Amazon but you better know your username & passwords!! I didn’t so we watched Pluto & old episodes of Blue Bloods!! HA!!

Older home that has been renovated. The only issue was the heat coming in upstairs from the west exposure. I slept in the bedroom on the far east side, and had the ceiling fan and oscillating fan running all night. I’m guessing there is not much insulation in the walls, as the neighbor to the left was playing their boom box a little loud, and, it was as if there was no wall between us.

Perfect for Our Family of Four

Great house! Exactly as described and so close to everything we wanted to go to during our short weekend trip. So much better than cramming a family of four into 1 hotel room! It’s an old house and very cool.

Highly recommend!

What a cute, clean & comfortable house! Off and on street parking in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to 480, Creighton and Old Market area. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds and newer appliances. Three bedrooms, a bath and washer/dryer upstairs with living room, dining room and an additional full bathroom off the kitchen. Only downside - there’s only one mirror in the house (in one bathroom).

Downtown Omaha Visit

The house was clean and stocked with the basics you would need for a stay. The hosts were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood though was very loud at night with helicopters and traffic noises.

clean house in a nice location

Everything was clean, the beds were good, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The location was pretty easy to get to downtown or the freeway, and the owner responded immediately when the internet went down.
