The Penthouse is located on the premier site of the Diamante property. The Penthouse is located within the Dunes Residence Clubhouse (DRC). It is the only corner penthouse on property, allowing for spectacular direct sunlight from both sides and a wonderful vantage point for whale watching and sunsets. The penthouse has four terraces , three terraces face the Pacific Ocean and one terrace faces the first tee box of the world renowned Dunes Golf Course designed by Davis Love. The views are nothing less than spectacular. Renting this penthouse gives you access to three private golf courses : The Dunes Golf Course (#37 in the world), El Cardonal ( Tiger Woods design and site of the November 2023 World Wide Technology Championship, PGA tournament) as well as The Oasis par 3 course (Tiger Woods Design). The Dunes Course practice facility consists of a 14 acre driving range, featuring the renowned " Slider Bar " that serves both breakfast and lunch on the range as well as a professional caddie service. All three course are walkable. The 10-acre swimmable, saltwater Crystal Lagoon at Diamante offers relaxation and family activities at the heart of the property. You can swim, standup paddle board and kayak. The lagoon also has a Jacuzzi and beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs. This expansive beach area has two restaurants and bars for your enjoyment.
The penthouse is privately owned and operated. You can rent with the highest level of confidence. This unit features a full kitchen with top of the line appliances. There is a generous living room with an entertainment center and pocket sliding doors that open completely to bring the outside in. In addition to the living room, there is a full sized dining area.

Relax on any of the four terraces surrounding this suite and enjoy the fantastic views from every room. This suite can accommodate up to 6 people in comfort. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with views of the ocean and the first tee of the dunes course as well as the 15 hole putting green. It has three sliding glass doors leading to the terrace. The master bathroom has his and her separate vanities and a walk in shower.
The second suite features two queen-sized beds, a sitting area, private terrace and a his and her separate vanity bathroom with a full shower. It is also equipped with a kitchenette allowing the second suite guests the privacy they desire.

Housekeeping and concierge services can be customized for your visit. Housekeeping is not included to keep rates reasonable and to create flexibility for my guests. The onsite concierge can arrange any services requested, from grocery delivery to a private chef preparing meals in your penthouse, dining reservations or excursions. They are ready to make it happen.
Diamante has a wonderful spa and a fantastic fitness center with exercise classes, a swimming pool , tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts.

The on-site fine dining restaurants include Izzy's( 2 floors below the penthouse) , Tiger Woods Steakhouse and Amigo's (Thursday night Fried Chicken)
The Sports bar and 24 hour deli (also 2 floors below the penthouse) serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and deliver to the suite.

If you are looking for privacy and comfort with all the amenities of a private home, you have found your home away from home.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and will consider other payment options. 50% of the total rental amount is required to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% will be collected 30 days prior to check-in. For reservations made less than
60 days from arrival, 100% is required at the time of booking. Rates vary with the season. We will try to meet or beat the resorts best rates and offers.
