This luxury 2-acre riverfront estate in Weatherford features a 170" cinema, private dock, and expansive sun deck. We sleep 19 comfortably and specialize in unforgettable gatherings.

SPECIAL EVENTS & GATHERINGS


Unlike standard rentals, we welcome special events!
  • Approved Events: Micro-weddings, rehearsal dinners, workshops, and reunions (max 50 guests).
  • Fees Apply: Events involving non-registered guests or outside vendors incur an Event Usage Fee and a refundable security deposit.
  • Please inquire before booking to discuss your event needs!

The Estate: You have exclusive access to the entire 2-acre property, house, and dock.
RV Access: Electric hookups available for $5/day (No sewage).
