"A beautiful, upscale remodeled Carmel-like cottage." Reserve Now For Your Summer Getaway! Unwind and Relax! Spend a divine vacation in seaside Cambria enjoying ocean breezes, walks and sunsets at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve (1 block away), close by beach and pool at Shamel Park, and the best access to the fun restaurants and shops at Moonstone Beach and quaint downtown Cambria. Our charming and reinvented SINGLE STORY cottage (no high stairs) is set back in an English garden with ancient oak, perfectly located in the select and safe neighborhood on Park Hill. Recently remodeled with great space, taste and every convenience, The Cottage at Cambria offers vaulted ceilings, two-sided stone gas fireplace, remodeled kitchen and baths, new generous partial ocean view deck with BarBQ grill, polished pine flooring, big walk in pantry. The open floorplan includes spacious living room, vaulted ceilings, adjacent office/study, dining and convenient kitchen with marble counters, stainless appliances, filtered hot and cold water. Three total bedrooms (two with king beds, one with twin beds and trundle pullouts), two and one half baths plus two car garage with inside entry, and interior new LG wash/dry tower. Sweet retreat for singles or couples, plus room to invite your guests. Approved small spayed or neutered dog under 20 lbs. considered. Six guests maximum.

PLEASE NOTE: 1) Minimum stay: 5 nights. 2) Cleaning and Pet Fee is PER STAY. Please no individuals under 5 years of age. Please NO CATS Thank you for considering our Cottage.

The Cottage at Cambria was a lovely place. It was decorated very beautifully and has every amenity you will ever need. The Cambria farmers market and the proximity to Fiscalini Ranch was really great for us. The hosts were excellent at communicating. Would definitely consider staying at the cottage again.

Amazing!!

The cottage was amazing. It was super clean and had everything you needed. I love the unique feel and design of the cottage. It was a great location. Would highly recommend this place to stay with your family!!

Wonderful Property

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the property and the owners. It's one of those properties that you don't want write a review so it's kept a secret. We will definitely be booking again. The house is immaculate and comfortable. The owners made the process so easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Delightful Summer

We just finished a three month stay at this lovely house. Such a delight to get away from the Las Vegas heat and enjoy cool temperatures all summer long. The ocean is straight down the hill and the main street of fantastic Cambria is a two-minute drive away. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished, and the kitchen has everything you need. Our dogs enjoyed the fully fenced yard as well! Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owner, who was always friendly and helpful. We would come back any time!!

Spacious dog friendly seaside cottage near open space.

We stayed at this lovely, shingled cottage for a week, overlapping Memorial Day weekend. The neighborhood is situated on a very tall hill from the ocean, and offers flat easy walking access to the Fiscalini Open Space. The walks at Fiscalini are an 11 out of a 1- 10, which is ADA accessible, it’s a perfect location to connect with nature. The property is in excellent condition, the yard is 100% fenced and gated for a furry, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The outside front deck and lower firepit area are a wonderful addition to the property, perfect in this setting. The 2 main bedrooms are split from one another offering privacy and each has an en suite. All in all it’s a very comfortable well appointed property and situated in a lovely spot. The community was busier over the holiday weekend but still calm and peaceful in the evening. This is a very quiet retreat where you can fully relax and take in the comforts of the spacious cottage, enjoy the Pacific Ocean, and the magic of the Fiscalini Open Space. We hope to return.

A little piece of heaven

I agree with a previous reviewer. This is one of those places you share only with people you really like - you don’t want the word to get out.This is a very clean and tastefully decorated coastal house with soul and character in a quiet and serene town. The photos on the site are pretty but the house is even more attractive on the outside and inside once you observe it up close and see all the details that make it special.The spacious cottage had everything our family of four needed, from kitchen supplies to upscale color-coordinated tableware, serveware, and barware, whether we cooked or ate takeout from local restaurants.The bedrooms and bathrooms were outfitted with soft white and blue linens. Flat screen TVs enabled us to relax and stream our favorite shows when we were back from our day trips and adventures north, south and east of Cambria.The new deck was one of our favorite spots for breakfast or reading, offering a partial view of the ocean with the sound of the waves in the background.It felt like a cozy beach house in a nice Northern or Southern California neighborhood. It was evident to us that renovating the home was a labor of love for the owners and they didn’t hesitate to share their lifestyle with those staying in the house.The owners were very communicative, gave clear instructions and provided terrific recommendations. We can’t say enough good things about them.No doubt we fell in love with this wonderful cottage and hope to return one day.

We are long time respected Realtors in Santa Barbara and have always loved spending time in Cambria, especially walks throughout the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve near the cottage. We also own a rental property in Truckee, Ca. near Lake Tahoe and have welcomed guests for 23 years there. We welcome you to The Cottage at Cambria too!
