This Park Hill neighborhood beach house has beautiful ocean views, and is within walking distance to the breathtaking hiking trails along the ocean at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach. The spacious king bedroom located upstairs has a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The downstairs has 2 queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms have linen, bedding and cotton towels. There are large picture windows throughout the house. The well-equipped kitchen has new appliances, ample cookware and tableware. The open concept living room has a high beam ceiling with comfy sofas and dining table (seats 6 or more with leaf), both with ocean views. You can hear the ocean through the kitchen and living room windows. The third story loft has stunning ocean views. A full-size washer/dryer is in the garage. Parking is available either in the garage or in the driveway. This beach house is a perfect home away from home. There are many activities in the area, hiking, wine tasting, restaurants, galleries and shopping. TOT#6012927

Beautiful home - great open layout between kitchen and seating area. Bonus loft with ocean views and beautiful sunsets! Great location - just a few easy walking blocks away from Fiscalini Preserve.

This lovely house in Cambria was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and in good condition. The house is nicely located for exploring all the interesting places on the central coast. Check in and check out were very easy and the property manager was responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house. It was very comfortable and clean. It had multiple levels of space to hang out in which we enjoyed. Nice view of the ocean from the top floor. It was nice to have a garage to park in.
