This spacious apartment showcases an open kitchen and living area. Its ample natural light will buoy your spirits and it boasts plenty of room to stretch your legs after a busy day taking in everything that the square has to offer. Rest well in a king size bed and enjoy this charming piece of Winchester's heritage!
This apartment features two large bedrooms and one full bathroom. We have all of your favorite amenities stocked up. From premium coffee and a Keurig to cleaning supplies and toiletries, we've left no stone unturned to ensure you have what you need. The kitchen/living space is very roomy and comfortable. The entire unit is around 1400 square feet. We have the fastest WiFi that’s offered in the area, averaging 1 gigabit per second.

By car you're less than five minutes from the lake, or hop on a bike and take in the sights on your way to Tims Ford Lake!

This apartment's location is perfect! But it gets better. Created out of 1300 square feet of loft space in the old Russell's Department Store, you can feel Winchester's history literally all around you as you relax and enjoy the apartment's open living room and comfy king sized beds.
