Thank you for staying at our property in Sarasota. We bought a new garbage disposal the same day you left and hired a plumber to install it. However, it turned out it was not the garbage disposal issue. The pipe under the sink was plugged and fixed the same day. There was also a leak under the sink caused by the lack of drainage. I really wish we were notified about this issue during your stay. We do not have an awareness of issues and needed repairs unless notified by the current staying guest, especially a longer term ones. The communication is of the highest importance because we always take care of needed repairs immediately. I an sorry this issue effected your experience and also your rating. It could had been handled immediately when discovered.

Hi Sheila, we met you at the house and you have not mentioned the house not being cleaned to your standards. As a matter of fact you sounded very friendly and happy. Could you please private message me and let me know what exactly was not clean? We just had the house pressured washed including all walk ways and the screened porch. Exterior furniture cushions were washed. We have been working really hard on cleaning up an entre yard after the last hurricane. We take the cleanness very seriously. The house was just deep cleaned, all windows and doors washed, floor tile and the grout scrubbed, all high areas and door frames dusted, new sheets and blankets on your beds. New appliances.
