気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
I was told by the host that he didn’t have my reservation. I gave him the confirmation number and he said he never agreed to it so he didn’t have a room for me. I stood out in the rain for two hours while I sorted it out. I got the company to put me at another hotel. And after that the owner called me back and said he had the room. I didn’t believe it so I asked Expedia to honor their guarantee. The rep said since the host had a room I had to go with him. And the host gave me a room that was run down and not completed. I think he gave me a room that was being repaired. I don’t see myself doing business again with this company
